Hello, there was a serious problem with my new membership in the fitness center. I hope you will solve the problem. My membership expired at the end of April. And I applied for a new membership from Tagensvej on May 1st that I was not member. Later I realized that there were some mistakes. I go to glostrup center and most of the time there is problem. Sometimes bathroom, sometimes hairdryer and tools in the center

It always feels amazing as soon as I go into the gym hall. It makes me happy seeing that the elderly are always present in the gym, taking care of their health.

The Kildeskovshallen centre is a really friendly gym with good equipment and not often that busy. I never need to hang around and wait for machines.

Very good gym with the necessary conditions to train. Good environment and all the materials needed.

It’s crazy as the fitness center over 50% of the time without warm water in the shower area ? Staffs also not even put a note to remind client ?

During March, over 4 times without warm water and also so cold there which hard for client especially elderly.

We always hear from PureGym said : reach your reception & center manager but they don’t care at all.

Who will take it into serious ?

Machines are out of order, some for too month or more… arm extension, total abdominal, crosstrenner . I use only 5 machines and 2 of them out, but I pay full price atonement, not fear. I will change to another gym from next month. Fitness center Emdrup.

During the evening time, it’s really hard to find any equipment free. Apart from that, everything inside the gym is amazing. I have recommended many of my friends and they are still doing workouts in this magnificent gym. The members are extraordinarily decent.

They have everything you need, clean equipment, friendly staff, low prices, possibility of showering. 10/10:)

The gym at Matthæusgade in Copenhagen is the worst gym I have ever been to. There has been holes in the roof/upstairs floor for 3 months where people just drop their heavy weights and they have not even tried to fix them. They have just left it with tape around it. There is kids always running around, shouting and screaming all the time, using the machines wrong and being loud.
The gym is always dirty, untidy and the weights are always in the wrong place, no one puts them back in the write place.
The lockers both upstairs and downstairs are always broken, they have been broken since the day I joined.
Would really recommend to use a different gym, we have cancelled our membership and gone to better gyms.

I became a member of Fitness World in 2015. When a machine broke down (and that happened quite rarely) it took a day or two until it was fixed. Ever since PureGym took over things have gone downhill. Last year the calves machine was down for over a month, while right now the leg extensions machine is broken for over a week. The PureGym where this happened is in the Kennedy Arkaden in Aalborg. Please put in more effort in repairing machines which are broken. There is only one leg extensions machine in spite of my several requests to bring one more so that people can train when there is congestion.
