I contacted Pure Sims prior to my purchase to double check the availability or the rim I wanted with my simucube pro2 the staff replied within10-15mins were super helpful and polite. A proceeded to place the order and was asked if I wanted it shipped that day to come the next day. I chose not to because I wasn't going to be in. They accommodated this and posted it on the day of my choice. In total I've had a great experience so far with pure sims and highly recommend them and there staff.

Bought from these guys for my Simlab GT1 Pro, excellent service, incredibly helpful in advice on my first 80/20 rig build, even going as far as sending photos of the same rig they'd built up so I had references to how they put it together. I've now bought a moza wheel from them and swift delivery. No complaints at all

Delivery was fast,slight problem with the fixing hardware,one set of bolts that attach bracket to seat slider were too long,also no locking nuts in hardware bag,I have plenty of spares so all good,

Placed my order online and I had selected an item that was not compatible, they called and WhatsApp messaged me and removed the item before despatch. Received my order next day. Very fast and efficient service.

Unfortunately for me the manufacturer announces a discount promotion a week after I purchase, bad luck on my part but it has took the shine off my purchase, but puresims are not at fault for this

Really fast answer and delivery. The product itself has some small issues, but thats not the fault of the shop. Don't forget about the taxes for delivery from UK to EU!
