I have always had wonderful experiences with Purchasing Power. I have had no issues until the delivery of the Hamilton Beach Food Dehydrator that I ordered. The top was broken but, due to the condition of the box, I am positive that the damage occurred during delivery.

If I could give them less than 1 star I…
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. These people are the worst. Purchased travel and hotel through them which will cost me 1300 dollars and was unable to complete travel due to terrible winter storm. My fiance was traveling from overseas and while we were able to work with the airlines to rebook, Purchasing Power wouldn't honor our hotel reservation. We called the 3rd parties that the hotel was booked through and we got the run around. We have to pay back 1300 dollars and got nothing to show for it. How is this fare and good customer service. I will never purchase ANYTHING else from them. I definitely will NEVER tell anyone else to use them. They are the worst. This was the worst experience

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I ordered furniture back on Nov 29th. Knowing it was going to take a month to receive why my furniture has been in my city since Dec 13th, last scanned on Dec 27th. For Purchasing power to email me on Friday the 3rd to say my item got lost. It shows it was returned. I did not return it. How would it now be lost a month later when it should be delivered. + sitting in my city warehouse. Where & how do you loose furniture. I now have to wait another month. So upset. So disappointed

some products are not as advertised
ordered a phone from them it was advertised as unlocked! but when I received it phone was locked called costumer service said I needed to reset it ,did that still lock send it back we will send new one ,same thing locked rep said and I quote just send it back, we will refund u have a nice day, that was like saying not my problem
