I would give zero stars if I could. The nightmare started in Jan 2024 I booked a flight and hotel through purchasing power. Apparently The hotel was added to the cart twice however I was unaware until I received a confirmation email. I called immediately to have the extra room refunded and was told to file an insurance claim. Like what. When I went to check in the hotel had REFUNDED the money back to purchasing power yet purchasing power refuses to refund me for the extra room although they received a refund. In addition to that my final payment was supposed to be Feb 14th however they are still withdrawing money from my checks. So I call and they say it can take 60 days to post in no sir that makes zero sense. Now today 3/11/2025 someone calls me from there and states they received my final payment on 2/28/2025 and I have no overpayment to refund. Now that’s a bold lie to tell. I have access to all my checks verifying the money was withdrawn starting 2/29/2024 and should have ended 02/14/2025. But mysteriously there’s a missing payment. Refund me the excess money received!!! On today 03/14/3025 I spoke to Mohammed who as another deduction was taken out today. He states they see a payment for Feb 28th but not Feb 14 or March 14. How is it that all the other payments were received on the dates withdrawn but now when it comes to final payment they’re suddenly not receiving. So now I’m owed a refund for two additional payments that were received. Purchasing power is one headache after another

The only reason it is not a 5 star rating, is the delivery service just dropped the appliances in the living room when I paid extra to have these in the laundry room. I had to hire an additional service to take the appliances upstairs the next week.

If I could give a zero on the review, I would. I ordered a couch and the wrong was delivered. The correct couch was reorder and billed. I have been trying for 5 weeks to get the incorrect couch pick up with no resolution. I am billing billed for two couches. Every time, I reach out about the incorrect couch being pick up, I am advised some one call in 24-48 hours. Which no one does. I have reached out countless times and asked for a manger and to date one has not called me back.
Update: Still no call for pick up of wrong couch and still being billed for this. No manger to date has called. Everytime, I reach out I am advised it has been escalated to the next level to review. I can not express how disappointed I am with this service. The amount of calls and time I have spent on this with no resolution is ridiculous.

Nightmare ! They kick you out and do what they want and take away your discounts want all this info from payroll takes forever won’t use your bank statement of deposits directly .. they say if they can’t use your payroll they will bill your back up card and they then cancel …
Uh yeah no! I called 3 times the girl cannot speak English I’m not the only one here saying that .. you send the wrong rooms for ppl on cruises you have the lap top I want is gone becuse you CANCELED IT AUTO CANCLE NOT EVEN 24 HOURS !! The “supervisor is a jerk doesn’t have a clue they lie ! Yeah my work said they want to do allotments out of or we can out ot our personal accounts that way we have more control … if you don’t belive me Google it ! I have direct deposit! No stub to send …. No not bothering them again they get cranky! She said in AP to set it up in my account with my bank instead of pay … they’re changing things so we have more control and don’t have fo bother them .. so u can’t speak English supervisor is useless ? Why should I call? Read your one star reviews ! No one can understand us! So how is it I have 3400 I can’t use because you’re behind the changing times! ???

So, my first ever order through purchasing power there was no issues at all. So, I decided to order again months later and ordered an iPhone I had nothing but issues since ordering. The day of the phone being sent out I realized the box was light so I DID NOT sign for the item I open the box Infront of the ups worker and both seen that in fact there was no iPhone inside so it was instantly sent back this was Dec 9th I instantly call the company and was told to give it some time for the team investigators or Back team to look into fast forward to today till this day I have no phone replacement no refund nothing I have talked to a supervisor and multiple workers and this has been the worst experience the only reason they are getting 2 starts is because my 1st order was fine but now this is ridiculous they are horrible with communication and the way they handle these type of issues!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

They are trash! A customer service supervisor will not call me back to resolve the issue I am having. They mislabeled tires on their website. They should have been labeled as summer tires and were labeled as all season tires. They were installed and a week later, slid on snow and totaled my car. Fix the labeling and don't buy tires from them, they won't even let me return them if I could. Customer service sucks!!!

I booked a hotel room for a trip to DC and was not able to go. I did purchased insurance and am getting the run around in getting reimbursed. They need proof that I didnt check in and everyone I reach out to to get this is giving me the run around. My next step will be BBB and AG complaints on both purchasing power and the insurance provider.

My wife and I booked a cruise for our son's college graduation gift, through Purchasing Power on 2/16/25. During the process and trying to get rooms close to each other for ourselves and my son and his guest, the wrong room was booked. First of all, when selecting we chose middle of the ship and once everything was paid for and we checked, we were placed at the very back of the ship. To top it off, the room for my son and his guest ended up being a room with two small beds with a post between them and no way to join them to make just one bed. We immediately started trying to talk to someone at Purchasing Power to help us change this room to a normal room where the beds would convert into one. We didn't even care if it was close to our room, anywhere would have worked. We didn't even pursue the issue of being at the back of the ship, we just wanted a room that had one bed. Over 95% of the ships rooms offer two beds that can convert to one. One of the 5% that can't is what we got. It has been 4 days and many hours of back-and-forth on the phone, talking to both Purchasing Power and Carnival. Carnival has been great, they have repeatedly told us to just have Purchasing Power contact them and they would be more than willing to change the room to what we need. Purchasing Power on the other hand, has told us that it is their company policy to not reach out to Carnival. They have flat out refused to help us in any way. They will do nothing. The representatives have been extremely unempathetic and rude. We have been told we are stuck with what we got! Carnival has bent over backwards to try to help and are willing to help, but this company has no desire for customer satisfaction or compassion to their customers. So now we will have spent over $3000 for something that we did not want and according to Purchasing Power, we'll just have to deal with it!
Please, do not do business with this company or risk being disappointed and unimportant like us!

Been having an issue with a couch I ordered on Dec 11. Then I get a message from Jasmine at the corporate office who has been of no assistance. Telling me thank you for my patience and to let her know what else she can do. It came off very condescending and sarcastic I have no patience for these type of things at all. The couch was ordered on 12/11/24, that went from 2-4 weeks to we don’t know when it’ll be here, then supplies were out of stock, to 6-8 weeks, to sitting at a warehouse down the street from my daughters apt from 2/4/25, to several calls, several chats, several emails and several supervisors, to the warehouse saying it hadn’t been scanned to someone lying saying they tried calling my daughter, to the last manager saying she was going to follow up with us from Tuesday and STILL HASNT , to my daughter just getting a call Thursday to say it will be delivered today.
All of this and the email did not include ann anpology. They offered to pay for shipping weeks ago. Now here we are, delivery day. Whoo Hooo!! Only for the company to arrive at my daughter’s apt with the WRONG COUCH!! It was BROWN AND UGLY. We ordered Mulberry. We had them take it back. My daughter threw out her old couch to make room for the delivery today so now she has absolutely nothing. I called but the office is closed today. Wonder what excuse the company will come up with this time.

I would not recommend this service, they overprice the items, the price they quote is not the price they take out of your check its much higher, when I returned an item they do not send your payment back they add your return to your balance when I was told that I would get a full return, I definitely would not recommend this service at all
