Please do not buy any of there travel…

Please do not buy any of there travel packages the worse ever. Reservation and booking will mess your itinerary up, buyer beware. They will have you paying for a vacation you can’t go on because they messed up the names on it and then charge you don’t do it.

Over priced everything

The worst shipping they use for appliances the appliance has been sitting for 3 days at terminal 1 hour from my house.when they use non stop shipping would not recommend ordering large appliances take forever to get there and the shipping price is very high

Shitty furniture

Please, please please I beg you do not order from this shitty company. I have been ordering from Purchasing Power for years never had too many complaints although the furniture is very cheaply made, but I made do …. But this last time, I am totally pissed. I ordered a bedroom set the dresser and nightstands are so cheap like cardboard, barely withstood the weight of the platforms and the structure was so cheap every time you put a screw in it would splinter or rip ! I called customer service, sent pictures and they responded that they saw no damage and there could be no refunds or exchanges. I am stuck with a dresser that is sitting out for trash pick up and I still have to pay for it …. too expensive, I will never order from Purchasing Power ever again and telling all my friends and coworkers that they are Trash!

Can someone please help me remove this…

Can someone please help me remove this phone from my account that I never received bc I was delivered an empty box. Every pay period I am just so upset with myself bc I’m having my hard earned money away and I do not have the product. I received a call with guarantee I’d be given a call back and another pay period has passed.

Oh and they will ask you for an email address knowing you can’t put sensitive information on trustpilot.

What a joke of a company. They sent me a broken laptop, would not send me a new laptop with the same first time purchase discount and over a month to get a tv.

Nice people horrible company

I have been using them for years and it's always the same story. Every single time! I should have learned this by now. Shipping is usually weeks late and if anything goes wrong, well, that's YOUR fault causing even more delays. Then they will charge you for it. I'm done with these guys, never again. Zero customer service or integrity.

I love everything about this company…

I love everything about this company beside their travel agenct I will.never book with them ever again.i book their flight package and you mean to tell me you cant change your flight or hotel dates and only thing they can say is sorry I had an emergency sorry I had emergency but couldn't flight the date I originally book from them and no change I never hear of a company that do no change I understand no refund but no changes that cruelty I lost $900 with their travel service cause i had a emergency and need to give the hospital and I couldn't make it that day hotel told me to call and they said no change all I want was to change my ticket for the next day and they couldnt do that and any other hotel or airline would offer change caus they have common sense rveryome has emergency and thimgs happen last minute i will take them to small claims court this isn't right at all one day someone gonna sue their travel agency purchasing power you guys need to change your dealings with that travel company they are evil and now I had to repurchase my ticket with another airline and company plus pay them back for a flight and hotel i never use. I book another flight also for myself it cost $248 same thing happen for June and I canceled with jetblue and thd told me the money went back to the originally card whe I called they said yes they got the refund but can't give it back to me they're just wicked never ever again use their travel they're scammed and they know people canceled flights and hotel cause we all have emergency or thi g come up last minute...I warning you guys don't ever use their travel everything else but that

I wish I could put zero

I wish I could put zero. I placed the order on 422 for MCM bag to purchase and power and I order a Burberry perfume set. OK they sent me out. They gave me two different. I made one order but somehow another I got two different tracking numbers I don’t know why my order was supposed to be sent to the UPS store for pick up. They telling me the UPS store saying it has never been received. I got paperwork saying they only receive one package and then purchase some power when I disputed the transaction telling me they got a picture of a green door that the bag was dropped off. The bag was never delivered to no one when I clicked on the tracking number it doesn’t. It doesn’t show me a tracking of anything so purchasing power has really scam me the MCM bag price is $1500. I am filing a lawsuit. I do not believe that I owe $1500 for a product that I never received and that MCM bag was a signature required bag so how did somebody else get the bag and didn’t require my signature I would not recommend purchasing power to anyone. They is scamming people. It seems like you pay all this money and you don’t get to give your gifts, but if if it is a signature will be required purchase How did someone else get it? How do you deliver it to somebody else that’s how I know you they never deliver the product to anybody they trying to make me pay. I am disputing it with my job. I will be taking them to court. I will be filing charges on purchasing power because I would not pay $15-$1800 for MCM tote bag that I never received and they know I never received it because it was n signature required and the UPS store said it was never delivered there only one item which was the perfume. Thank you so much. I would not recommend anybody using purchasing power at all

SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is a scam i DO NOT recommend im currently paying for a product I have never received i been calling 4 times a week for the past 5 weeks for them to put me on hold then tell me they will email me when they have more information and NEVER email me back with an update I keep asking them to cancel the order and they give me a million excuses I will be reporting them to the FTC first thing in the morning I have recordings of the last 5 calls where they are lying and giving me the run around whenever i ask to speak to a supervisor im told they dont have one

This is a terrible company please be…

This is a terrible company please be careful with setting up allotments with the company I was told 3 different excuses of why they cancelled my order after payroll allotment was set up and then once they received the first payment from my payroll to there bank they stated in order for me to get money back from my order that purchasing power cancelled on there end that I would haft to wait 30-60 buisness days for my funds to be sent back not to me but to my employer and then I would haft to wait for employee to send it back these people are terrible and liars highly wouldn’t recommend only if you in the business of getting your money stolen .

Rip off….. Be careful.

Purchased 6 items and had to pay for shipping for each individual item, which was $150. They ended up sending all the items together. I called and complained and they basically told me that I will be charged $30 for each individual item to send back. Definitely a rip off.

I am truly disappointed in my last…

I am truly disappointed in my last interaction and purchase with Purchasing Power. I have ordered over 20 items and have enjoyed my time with them until November 2024. I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra 2 in September 2024. The watch came in November on a Saturday and when it was delivered by FedEx the face of the watch was missing. I immediately called the police and a report was made. I called Best Buy where the watch was shipped from to warn them of what happened to me. I called Purchasing Power that Monday because they were already closed by the time I opened the box. They ordered a replacement and it was shipped by UPS. I received it and everything was in the box. I even called FedEx and reported it and gave them the case number. Long story short, I was never provided an email address or fax number to send over an opt of the police report. Needless to say I am being charged for 2 watches and each representative that I have spoken to has assured me that it will be taken care of. The last representative that I spoke to informed me that I never submitted the police report and there was nothing I can do at this point and I will pay for both watches. I was never asked for the police report. When I initially called to report the watch stolen and give Purchasing Power the report number, I asked where to send the report to and that representative told me it was not needed because she had the report number and if it was needed that I would be sent an email to upload the police report. Well I never received a call or email in reference to the police report. So now I’m having to pay for a watch that I never received along with the one that I actually received. So in other words I’m paying twice for one watch that is also over priced so that Purchasing Power can make their cut off of the sale. With that being said I will not be ordering from them anymore. I will not recommend to any one else to do business with them. They have made a lot of money from my purchases in the past and to then be treated like this, is unimaginable. Very unprofessional. I pray no one else has to deal with this type of situation ever.
