Terrible terrible terrible. I won $140 and it has been 3 weeks and I have not been paid out yet. Like others have said, it’s the same old excuse every single time and they basically ignore anything you say and just reply with an apology and thank me for my patience. My patience has run out!!

They keep making excuses for why the haven't paid my winnings, it is a constant battle to get them to pay. I am talking about actual winnings outside of the initial bonus wins. It looks like they are running a pyramid scheme and not an online social casino. They state wins are paid in 2 to 12 hours. But I have only been paid about 1/4 of the $3700 in pending redemptions for over a week now.

I requested a withdrawl 45 days ago. They keep giving me excuses our quota was blicked, under review, still under review. Review for what. I made a deposit won 75 wanted to cash out 30. What a joke. Dint think its a real casino. I think its one of those ones people tell me about that lie about cashing out.

They make up a lame excuse every time you redeem your winnings. They’re extremely difficult to get a payout from. They message me back with the same lame excuse saying: I completely understand how frustrating the wait can be, and I truly apologize for the delay. I won and was able to redeem $40 successfully. Only problem was it took about a whole month to finally receive. I am altogether happy with this platform they do really pay 👍

On or right around July 14th, 2025 I played with deposited funds and won about 80 bucks that I planned to cash out. The casino was a little slow on the cash out so I canceled the withdrawal and continued to play the next day on the 80 bucks I'd won. I played that 80 bucks for a long time on several different games and all told from the wins and losses I played over $914 in sweeps coins. This casino counts the spins that are made on sweeps coins and allows you to cash them in draw down on the bonus money that you add up before you become a depositing player. Every 50 you wager allows you to draw down 1.20. I played over 914 and the casino only credited me with less than 200. I was short over 700 in sc played which would allow me to draw 16.80. The casino has refused to credit me with the sc. They gave some answers that fall completely short and when I said I was willing to arbitrate they refused to share the documentation showing my spins calling it proprietary information. Look these people have the absolute worst customer service in the business. I have cashed out and it was slow. I am a level 4 VIP at this casino. I can't believe they are willing to ruin a relationship with a player over 16.80. Which I will probably lose anyway. It's unbelievable to me how petty a casino can be. All they give are form answers and no facts to back it up and when I quoted their own t/cs back at them they outright have refused to answer any more of my chats. Won't even give me a contact for arbitration.

Well, I went through all the required betting and earned a bit of money. I must have sent 30 messages to customer support, but one of my withdrawals finally went through (although it took almost 3 days).

Edit: My second withdrawal attempt failed, and the funds were refunded to my game account. I tried one more withdrawal, but that failed as well, and the funds just disappeared. They were never refunded to my game account, and after about 20 messages to customer support, I was told they would take care of it. 10 messages and two days later, and they still haven't resolved the issue. This site has been more of a headache than anything. Never, EVER, trust this site. Even if you do everything you're supposed to, this site makes claims that it doesn't back up. In other words, they're frauds!

I strongly advise against using Pulsespins This site is out of bounds and a complete disappointment. Their advertising is misleading, about bonus redemption. The RTP is manipulated (stating on the website) But what pulsespins does not tell you is that you have to deposit $50 for every $1.50 you want to redeem from the bonus spins making it nearly impossible to win or enjoy the games. If you value your money and time, stay far away from pulsespins. This is not a trustworthy or legitimate casino.

This online casino is a rip off...When you win you have to deposit money into your account to redeem your winnings. I won 67 bucks when I tried to redeem they locked my money an told me to deposit 7.49 an I could redeem my winnings. I did that an then they said I'm almost there!! I have to spin 50 times using my 7.49 not the 67 I won. What's the odds of you being able to win off 7 bucks to be able to redeem your 67 bucks? Slim to none.
