I was recommended a Morpheus8 treatment here, but it made absolutely no difference — not even a slight improvement. I booked a follow-up with a doctor, waited over half an hour, and was seen by someone I thought was the doctor — only to find out at the end she was a nurse. No one told me the doctor wasn’t available, and no one apologised for the delay.

When I finally saw the doctor on another day, they confirmed there was no change at all but showed no concern and just tried to sell me a more expensive treatment. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. The pain, cost, and time were simply not worth it.

I had the most amazing experience at PLC. Cherrie really looked after me! I was nervous about having the halo but she was very reassuring and positive about the results and well, the results far exceeded my expectations. I am over the moon and I would definitely have this treatment again in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the admin staff at both the Bank and Liverpool clinics. They’re often rude, unapproachable, and make me feel uncomfortable every time I visit. There's little warmth or basic courtesy, which makes the whole experience horrible. I hope management addresses this, as front desk staff should help clients feel welcome and supported

It is rare nowadays to get such great service with care and kindness. I had a consultation with Dr Natalia Perez who was extremely professional, caring and offered honest, comprehensive information that was client-centred in every way. Andina from customer service has promptly responded to my enquiry and swiftly sorted out a rather difficult issue. It was evident that they prioritise customer care over profit. A very rare thing indeed. Will certainly return.

I visited Pulse Light Clinic (Tottenham Court Rd), early August, to have an initial consultation to discuss a treatment called Coolsculpting.

The team at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming.
My consultation with Cornelia went well - she explained everything about the treatment - was very informative and helpful with the questions I asked.
On the same day I decided to book a treatment and they were very accommodating and able to fit me in 2 weeks later:
On treatment day, Cornelia went through everything with me and made me feel at ease. It was quite an enjoyable experience.
I am looking forward to my follow up appointment.

I twice called two pulse light clinics to ask about a HarmonyCA treatment, both times the receptionists didnt know what I was talking about said they didnt offer it, I said it was advertised on their website, then they verified, booked an appointment, one said I needed a consultation, one said I didnt, they couldn't verify which practitioners had experience, and they said I needed to pay the full amount in advance not just a deposit. It made me very uncomfortable as this is not standard practice anywhere. I opted to go to another clinic that is more professional.

The lady I usually have is super professional and friendly and goes above and beyond. Overall great experience, they text you reminders and rescheduling is easy. Very happy!

I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I received laser tattoo removal that left me with permanent indented scarring. Initially, this began as raised areas, which I was told would “resolve as the ink faded.” Based on that reassurance, I continued treatment. However, this developed into visible, permanent scarring.
When I raised the issue, I was brought into a review with multiple staff members, some of whom were not involved in my treatment, and was given inconsistent and contradictory explanations. I felt dismissed, pressured, blamed, and even bullied. Despite giving the clinic every opportunity to respond professionally, the only offer made was one free session with no support for the scarring or acknowledgment of what went wrong.
I’ve since received no reply to my formal complaint. I cannot recommend this clinic’s care, communication, or accountability. I have been left scarred both physically and mentally, and this has been a deeply distressing experience that I am now pursuing through formal channels.

I had a laser acne treatment to remove acne and the acne scars, which was very effective and i had visible results, i no longer have acne and in the process of having my scars cleared. The only reason i have given 4/5 stars is due to the treatment being quite pricey, however they have offers available sometimes. Overall service at Pulse Light Clinic is great would definitely recommend
