The charging plug broke within days. Cannot use the phone while plugged in to charger as described as it is too flimsy. Cord is exactly the same it is held on by 2 x tiny wires and also broke. Good concept but really bad design

Easy to use. I pumped up all my tyres and didn't use much charge super happy with everything about it and quality. 😀

I bought these Venus duo pack and one wont even charge anymore. Would not recommend purchasing this product

Have bought many pulse items over the last few years for family presents or just for myself but this year the Apple essential bundle for my daughter-in-law that lives in Ireland so it's going to be viewed overseas

Just a few short weeks after purchasing I have found the Pulse Charge and cables to meet every expectation. I recommend it.

I charged the pulse charger for 4 hours. It only charged my phone 30% in 1 hour. Battery does not even charge 1 phone. Not happy

I ordered the pulsecharge speaker.
My phone will only charge on this device when the speaker is plugged into the powerpoint.
If the speaker is fully charged and disconnected from wall outlet. I place my phone on the top for charging and it will not charge

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the product though upon my contact with the company, they have refunded my purchase in full.
I bought the Duo Pack Apollo Chargers after seeing the advertisement on Facebook. The first Pulse Charger stopped working after 3 months. The second charger only lasted another two months. I wouldn’t recommend these chargers at all. ☹️

I brought 2 pulse charge in a week they broke can’t use them the wouldn’t refund or exchange they are cheap shit chargers and so expensive don’t bother cheap chargers work better then these waste of money

My pulse charger keeps turning off charging in my iPhone after about 4seconds.
It is just 12 months old. I got it for Christmas last year.

I didn't have a 2 for 1 offer but know now why it is offered. What you see in the ads is not how you can use the product. You have to physically support the power pack snd can't walk around with it as the connector breaks off inside your phone. Read fine print as this breakage is not under guarantee. I did get a replacement the first time but after having the same issue with the two units breaking while overseas I couldn't put myself in that situation again.

Absolutely hopeless don’t waste your money charges slow and one charge never actually fully charges a phone let alone a laptop

My Infinity charger bundle arrived and I was very happy with the way it was sent.
Unfortunately I did not read the compatibility of usage of the charger and found out my phone was not compatible with the pulse charger.
I reached out to the company and Chris was quick in replying me with instructions of how and what I needed to do.
All the correspondence I've had with Pulse was helpful and the explanation was excellent.
It was so satisfying to experience this professional dealing with Chris and the company of Pulse Australia.
May the company keep on with success and I would rate my experience with a 5 star 🌟 rating.

I have bought the Jump car charger for my daughter for Xmas. It sounds great to me and I’m sure my daughter is going to be thrilled with it.
My experience with buying this product from Pulse was very surprising as it arrived within the week from ordering. I thought the price was fair and website easy to navigate. Thank you Pulse.

I brought the twin pack wireless charger and I can honestly say that it’s the best charger I have ever brought well done pulse keep up the great work and products

Great Christmas pressies for the family and I love that you can charge watches, phones and AirPods. The old pulse was great but these are awesome by comparison. Highly recommended!

I purchased 2x Pulse Pocket Chargers both snapped inside the power sockets of our phones within 2 months of using. Purchased March 2025-Broke 31.05.2025. They are a waste of money considering the price of them, and not what they advertise, at all.

Bought two of these chargers and after one year only the charging tip snapped off in the phone while I was overseas and I could no longer charge the phone as it was stuck in the IPHONE. This product should last more than 1yr it is made cheap and I would not recommend this product to anyone. Very disappointed indeed would never buy again and the charging tip should be included in warranty as it is the main part of the charger.

Great Service
I recently submitted a a couple of very negative reviews as I thought my requests were being ignored. As it is I actually sent email's to the incorrect address. Since my negative reviews Chris from Pulse reached out to me and he has been absolutely amazing ,he has addressed and in the process of rectifying my issues he went above and beyond.
