Charging tips easily broken

Only used a couple of times on my iPhone before the tip broke. Had been extremely careful but tips are easily broken. When received a new iPhone I again tried with the other tip as this fits the newer models. Didn’t even get to charge as that tip also broke off very easily even with the extra care taken. I would defineatly not recommend this product. Very disappointing.

Love the Pulse Charger

Both Venus Pulse Chargers arrived very quickly.
After care with Chris was absolutely amazing too.He didn’t hesitate to help.
I am so happy I will get a lot of enjoyment from mine,one is for a gift for my daughter
I highly recommend to all.

Tips are weak and break off easily! Now I know they do not cover tips on there warranty seems this is a common problem with these pulse Venus mine is still like new in box but now useless

Do not buy this product.the charging…

Do not buy this product.the charging tips are fragile and are not covered by their warranty,i suspect that's because the know they are weak and if they did warranty them they would be inundated with returns.pulse also do not abide by Australian consumer law by not honoring the fit for purpose law.buy a good charger from one of the reputable companies.
Since writing this review I have pulled apart my venus charger and found the problem. It is the usb C plug they use. The metal tip is not securely held in the plastic moulded surround.it is definitely a manufacturing fault.

Faulty connectors, same as many many others

Faulty connectors, same as many many others, My 2 Pulse Chargers (I bought a 2-pack unfortunately for me and my wife) have broken at the connector.
This product should be withdrawn or be re-introduced with a short cable type of connector instead.
I am not surprised Trustpilot have this product at this low low rating.
This must be a recallable product for sure.

Absolutely pathetic products

Absolutely pathetic products for expensive prices. Went through an absolute hassle to have my pulse portable charger replaced under warranty. Had the new one for ONE DAY and it stopped working. Will NEVER purchase any of their products again.

I purchased 2 Pulse chargers and they are both rubbish, neither fully charge any phone before going flat. I contacted them only to receive an email about batteries in different devices, there capacities etc etc! fact is we have 2 I Phones with healthy batteries and these things just do not cut the mustard. In short I cannot believe they still advertise on national TV. Do not waste your money, you wont get it back!!!

Poor Quality Product – No Accountability

I purchased a Pulse Charger and was extremely disappointed when the charging tip broke during first use despite careful, everyday handling. I’ve used many portable chargers over the years and have never had one fail like this. This is not a cheap or generic item, so I expected a far better standard of durability.

When I contacted Pulse Chargers, they quickly dismissed the issue, claiming the tip must have been damaged through misuse, despite no evidence of that and my clear explanation that I used it with care. They offered a 50% discount on a replacement. However, why would I spend more money on a product I’ve lost all confidence in?

What makes this worse is that they have no Google listing to leave reviews on, making it harder for customers to share honest feedback publicly. After my experience, I found several other complaints on independent platforms from customers reporting the exact same problem. It clearly suggests a recurring issue with the charger’s design or build quality and not isolated “user error” as they claim.

Unfortunately, Pulse Chargers respond to these reviews in the same dismissive tone I experienced, blaming the customer, brushing off valid concerns, and standing behind a “care instructions” clause rather than taking responsibility for a product that in some instances, doesn’t hold up under normal use.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy when a product isn’t of acceptable quality or durability, and this one isn’t. I requested a refund, which was declined.

I certainly would not recommend Pulse Chargers. Disappointed that they are able to advertise on popular morning television shows, with no accountability. Poor product. Poor attitude. No accountability.

This product is an absolute joke, false advertising, does not work and I had ordered 2. That I had to throw out, cannot believe that this product is still being advertised on TV.

Waste Of Money

Chargers do not hold Charge.
Don’t waste your money. Took a chance after seeing these on TV. Bought the 2 pack deal both are crap. Fully charges for a couple of hours, once plugged into phone down to one light.
Yes I did reach out to ask if there was an issue, response was “No should hold charge for months”!
That’s it.

Waste of money!

This product is a huge fail!

This product is a joke! Received 3 last year & 2 broke in 2 weeks & one did not even work when charging, they resent me 3 more & all did the exact same? I asked for a full refund & they emailed me telling me that they only have a 4week guarantee, this product is a 100% fail & needs too be removed from the market now in Australia , and I can’t believe they are advertising in still on morning TV ? They need too do their homework as this is a money making scam & millions off people are getting ripped off by the minute.

I am disappointed in the quality and…

I am disappointed in the quality and design of the Pulse Venus Charger.
It would have been helpful if the warning about the tips of charger was made in the promotion of their product. They are so weak and break easily even with care.
It’s misleading when their advertising shows images of people using their mobile phone with the charger hanging off. Surely this causes pressure.
Emails have had no response.
I will try their postal address but I do not expect a satisfactory response as there are so many disclaimers why customers cannot get a refund
