Scheduling was OK and prompt but a lot of text and email Mail to manage. I was given numerous service tech information and one of the ones sent came out about 30 min outside the window. Tech did not seem knowledgeable or just did not want to do the correct troubleshooting, sold me the most common replaceable part, barely did any investigation, told me to watch the issue and if in two weeks it hasn’t shown signs of being fixed to call back. The problem never stopped, but he text said it was OK so I waited the two weeks and tried to schedule back a return on their guarantee. I requested a different tech as the first one did not seem knowledgeable and just seemed like a scam after numerous back-and-forth and then scheduling the same tech over and over and over I called their customer service explained the situation and was told I would get a new tech, but it would take a little while to schedule only to get an email stating that it has to be the same tech that originally didn’t fix the problem. I told them I did not feel safe or secure with the original tech as he seemed shady and suspect, but apparently that that’s how they handle their customers, they don’t!

Scheduled a Puls person to install art. Waited on them to arrive. Eventually got a call he will be very late. My guess is he didn’t feel like doing the work. Never again. Seattle 5/17/2026

First of all it took two schedulings to get a technician out
He finally came and let us know he's a master electrician.
He failed to realize that the problem was with the wall outlet not the appliance.
At his recommendation I got a new stove and still have the same problem.
I do not trust this handy man service as they can't determine the problem properly and cost me hundreds of dollars more than I needed to spend.

This was yesterday:The technician went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem and solved it.
Today I'm a little disappointed.
Our company set an appointment for last Sunday. We were serviced and thought the appliance was working. We had to call again because it never worked. On Thursday the technician came back, installed a different part. His tools showed a change in temperature so I assumed that it was fixed and working. Today the tenants called saying that it is not cooling at all.
He will go there again, but our company is getting frustrated with this ongoing situation. I don't know if it is worth it to keep trying.

HORRIBLE. I simply needed help cleaning my washer. They tried charging me over $300 for this service. NO REPAIRS.. just a simple cleaning. It took the technician 3 minutes to look over the washer and tell me this. He was in my home for maybe 5 minutes and then they wanted me to pay them $100 for coming here and telling me that. DO NOT USE.

Sergei was on time, very knowledgeable and very efficient. He went out of his way to accommodate us and install the required part on a Sunday afternoon. He even took a few minutes to figure out how to take out the shelving so we could clean it before the fridge was ready to used. We'll done and definitely would use Puls again.
