illegal practicies

illegal practicies, bought an item (beckett 55pt toploader x2) and received the wrong item (different brand, evoretro 35 pt toploader x2).

went to customer service, a guy named alex said he will replace the item then I waited and contacted them again today and they just basically said. its the same item just different brand.

Completely understand, I now understand the problem. There must have been an error while packing your order. We seem to have switched up the brand of toploaders by accident. We will fully refund your order, so sorry for the inconvenience. It would mean a lot if you removed your review on Trustpilot, as it dramatically hurts our small business.

Unfortunately next week will be a month since I ordered and my order haven’t even been dispatched.. keep getting told it will be sent out next week but still hasn’t been sent 👎🏼
