Terrible rental service. I rented a game, but they made me wait for 3 days with excuses like "turn on the console" and later, "I'm at the gym, I'll do it later." Poor communication, wasted my time, and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Order #1504 – I rented Injustice for 1 month. For 4 days, I messaged them every single day asking for the game. One contact never replied at all. On the other number, they kept saying, "You'll get the game today," every day, but nothing was delivered. They just kept wasting my time and making me wait.

Only after I spoke to the owner did they apologise, admit their staff forgot to provide the rental, and issue a full refund. They are genuine because they refunded me, but the service is extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and a complete waste of time.

Ordered rental on 6th July. Every day it was the same: "Console on karo," "Ab karte hain," "30 mins," and then they'd disappear. This went on for 10–15 days, wasting my time.

When I finally got the game, there was an issue. I reported it, but they ignored my messages again. Mera to mann hi nahi raha game khelne ka.

Worst customer service, zero communication, and no respect for customers' time. Would never recommend this rental service.

I've rented games from them many times and they're genuien. But orders are handled by different team members so the experince depends on who gets your order. Sometimes replies and delivery are super fast other times it's slow and frustrating. They always get the job done so I still trust them but they need to be more consistant.

They told me, "Your game is ready, turn on your console," so I turned it on right away. After that, they stopped replying and kept me waiting for hours. When I politely asked for an update, they just replied, "Ab kal karunga me." I understand people get busy, but there's a respectful way to speak to customers. The attitude was rude and unprofessional.
