Total scam
Don’t give them your card details. I was told it was 0.50 for the test result, never actually got a result I could understand and then the next day they took another payment, this time £41. I did not agree to it and I even checked my account and there is nowhere it says I am in a subscription and nowhere to cancel. I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

Guys, stay a mile away from this. I am just repeating what the others have said before me but I did not receive the results of the test, nor any confirmation of subscription so I never thought any more of it until the ridiculous payment was taken out after a month. Very misleading and noting short of a scam.

1. Initially it was stated as free.
2. After filling all the test, they ask me 0.5€ and
3. One day after they tried to debit 47,50€, luckily my bank declined. I have to freeze the card and order a new one.
They were basically trying to steal my money.

Dishonest working practices or a downright scam - steer clear
Paid 59 cent (euro) for a test as a bit of fun and was charged 40 pounds sterling next day for a monthly subscription. No indication on the site that this payment would trigger a subscription. My banks fraud dept (Santander) called me about it and declined the payment. It appears as least to be a lack of clarity on the website (how convenient for them!) or a downright scam. I would avoid this company as lack of transparency with their customers is a sneaky way of grabbing extra cash from you.

BEWARE A Blatant Scam Disguised as a Service
Beware of this Scam website.
I’m utterly frustrated and compelled to warn others about PSALITY. I took a psychometric test on their platform, lured in by an initial fee of only $0.50. To my dismay, after providing my credit card details for this seemingly minor charge, I was deceitfully billed an additional $47.50 the very next day. This charge was never explicitly stated beforehand, reeking of fraudulent tactics.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to unsubscribe from their service, I discovered that this feature was conveniently disabled on their website, trapping consumers in their scheme. My efforts to reach out for assistance or clarification through email and the website chat were met with deafening silence – no replies whatsoever.
I am utterly disappointed and angered by this entire experience.
It’s imperative for potential customers to be aware of these predatory practices.
Companies like PSALITY should not be able to get away with such blatant disregard for consumer rights and fair business practices. I urge everyone to be cautious and do thorough research before engaging with any online service.
In conclusion, my experience with PSALITY has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel deceived and taken advantage of, and I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale to others. Avoid PSALITY at all costs – it’s a scam that preys on unsuspecting individuals.

SCAM no one use this site
SCAM no one use this site. I made a one time payment of 50 cents with no mention or agreement of a subscription or second payment. They proceeded within less than 24 hours to take 40 dollars out of my account. They are ignoring all my emails and are currently under investigation for fraud from both the authorities and my bank specifically. Avoid at all costs.
