Total scam
I feel scammed as I accepted to pay 0,5€ for a personality test but I was shocked when I was charged 47,5€ for a subscription I wasn't informed about. I have now checked their website and you can find the information but it is not presented on the same page as the test or anywhere to be seen when you write your card number.
I emailed asking for a refund 48 hours but they gently replied it was too late. I just wish I could prevent anybody else from falling into this scam.

Scammer PAY website.
Edit: Psality is doing the nasty game of "we need more info." using the Trustpilot system. They are forcing me to give them my contact details, or Trustpilot will remove this review. I say they are scammers, why give them anything more? If this is removed, I will copy/paste this to at least 10 other places where the scammers can not remove the post about them. This is the review: Another PAY site lying to be free. I was OK with giving them a useless email, but they put the "The subscription gives you access to the member area for 24h at a promotional price of 0,5€ including VAT. At the end of this trial period, the monthly subscription at the price of 47,5€ including VAT per month will be applicable. Payment for the latter will be automatically deducted from your credit card every month on the anniversary date." on my face. Never do anything w/o reading the comments, world has gone to an almost complete scam state.

I was looking for a test, I saw an advertisement saying that the test is for 0.5 euros (btw, it was a super simple test) and the very next day they charged me 47,50 euros. These guys have made more than 1.4 millions with this type of SCAM.

Unauthorized Charges - Beware!
I paid euro 0.50 for a personality test from Psality, thinking it was a one-time fee. To my shock, I was charged euro 47.50 every month for the next three months without any notice or reminders. That's euro 142.50 in total!
I never authorized this subscription and felt completely misled. Customer service was unhelpful, and I still haven't received a refund. Other companies that value their customers would recognize the mistake and provide a refund, but not this one. Be careful and read the fine print—this company lacks transparency and honesty.

Psality is an illegal company
Psality is an illegal company, that does not follow EU legislation which it must, when it has costumers in EU contries.
You can contact the company on email, but it does not reply your questions.
The company has promised to return and refund my money, but I sincerely doubt it until I have received my money.
I can only recommend: DON'T give your creditcard informations to the company. It keeps withdrawing money from your card, eventhough you are not informed about it and you don't get a receipt for each withdrawel. Lots of EU legislation is not followed by this webpage. DON'T USE PSALITY!

SCAM!!! Had to submit a dispute with my bank and cancel my card. Google search really disappointed as well for putting them in the top results, there should be proper screenings in place but I guess greedy people is the norm.

€0.50 trial test...not a trial subscription - a single purchase item that they think qualifies to subscribe you into a monthly plan without telling you...nowhere when you're paying €0.50 is this disclosed and you have to look around the website to find any mention of it.
They send you no emails saying they've subscribed you or any receipts of payment.
I honestly don't know how anyone thinks this is a viable business practice.
Bank working on the chargeback.

SCAM. It’s all been said below but do not believe the fake honesty in their review responses below. They auto-subscribe you to a €47 per month monthly subscription and hide that fact cunningly on the site. You can’t contact them to cancel via the feedback form as it doesn’t work (no doubt intentionally). Luckily my bank stopped the payment and blocked them from taking more money.

FINAL UPDATE: Credit where credit is due, this company did get back to me after my threats of legal action and confirmed cancellation. You should push this with them, or they will not do anything. You should also file with your bank straight away to prevent any issues for you. Be wary, I wouldn't sign up for this AT ALL. No results were seen at any time.
Edit: Due to the level of my complaint here, they emailed me and informed me I'd find results with a "log in" in which god forbit we'd provide a password to these scammers, but it's just bullsh*t. I asked them to cancel, they ignored that. I told them I am building a legal document to report them to our local equivalent of BBB which I've already gone through before for a prior scam, and won. You guys should be very careful and chose to do something more morally good with your lives.
SCAM. Just had to file a claim with our bank as the unsubscribe button doesn't work. Seen multiple reviews that confirm customer service never come back, even if they reply to this trust pilot. Embarrassing. What an evil little scam and I hope you rot in hell for your greed. Taking 0.50, whatever. Making it impossible to stop the future reoccurring payment and forcing people to have to panic and file with their banks, you have 0 morals and I hope you receive all the bad karma you truly deserve. Not even some fake ass results to see either, CMON.

It's a scam, the copypasted company replies are BS (they don't reply) and just clicking on the usernames of those who left 5 star reviews shows they also gave other known scam sites 5 stars.

The charge for results was 0.50c which was fine (aside from the fact the results in graphic form were unreadable), but the following day they tried to take €47 out of my account - fortunately I had used Revolut which had blocked them from accessing any money. Avoid at all cost!
