The sign-up was fast and clearly presented. This made choosing all of my coverage options fast and easy.

Customer service was great during my phone call to sign up, and the process is reasonable.

Policy seems great. The process for enrollment was pain free and I got documents nearly immediately. The only problem is my document can't be opened bc it's been corrupted. I've contacted then, but it's a Saturday, so we've got a while to go. But the price is really great for my poor little unwashed masses self.

I had a hard time signing up for your patient potato program it took me quite a while to figure it out. It wasn’t user friendly at all then after I got it my information was changed. So I needed to go back in and change it again. Aggravating to say the least.

It was so easy and affordable. Pets insured in less than 10 minutes. Can’t tell you how good as of yet have not used but signing up is super easy.
