The over all experience was great
The over all experience was great, had a size issue with my fist order but for the price I made it work. The quality was better than I expected which made me order more. The processing time and shipping was great, wasn’t a 3-4 day process just to ship a huge plus. The only issue I would address would be the website, just make it easier to toggle Thur each category , from shirt, to paints ect.

Shoes are different than what was pictured
Shoes are completely different from pictures 1 colour 2 material on tabs were matte compared to glossy like in the images 3 the suede wasn't up to par like in the pics

We completely understand your confusion about the differences between the pair you received and the pictures on our website. Our pictures were from the very first version of the Undefeated pair. Once we started arranging your pair, we made corrections to the tab and suede based on the final retail reference we have in hand.
For clarification, the official retail version of the Undefeated does not have a glossy tab, and the suede is also less pronounced compared to our earlier website photos. Our website pictures were taken months before the official release, and sometimes the final retail version is updated last minute, which explains the slight differences you noticed.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion. We take full responsibility for not updating the photos immediately once the final corrections were made, and we will make sure to have them updated this week.
Additionally, our products are Grey Market pairs. This means they are made with the same materials as the official retail and resell versions, but they did not pass final factory quality control. We purchase those pairs and make necessary corrections ourselves while keeping the original materials intact. Replicas, on the other hand, use substitute materials, which is not the case with our products. Substitute materials are also a lot cheaper to buy in bulk.
We do sincerely appreciate your honesty. Your feedback will be helpful to us to continue to improve, make image changes to our website quicker, and provide better transparency for everyone.

Best place to buy shoes
I purchased the Cpfm Air Force 1 in black, and they are ideal. They came with extra laces, a dust bag, and wrapping. Additionally, they have proven to be very durable; I have worn them 4-5 times, and they still appear as if they are fresh out of the box

I ordered this item 12days ago…
I ordered this item almost 10 days ago have not received any updates and have not received any packages every time they tell me that I got a FedEx tracking number it does not work. It will not give me no information. The tracking says will update soon. Today is the 26 and I still haven’t received any updates.Why would you tell me that my package will be shipped within two to five days and here it is over 12 days I haven’t received item.

As we mentioned when we spoke with you on Sunday, your Jordans were ordered on August 15th and shipped on August 20th with FedEx. Our processing time is indeed 2–5 days for the Jordans, and delivery with FedEx typically takes 6–12 days once shipped. While FedEx tracking can sometimes take extra time to reflect movement, because of the special route we have used for shipping, once it does update, delivery usually occurs within 24–48 hours unless FedEx attempts delivery while you’re not present.
That said, it’s on us to keep you better informed, and we should have made the process clearer from the start. We are truly very sorry for not doing it prior. We will also make sure to clarify it better on our website.
Please rest assured that you can still expect your package this week, and we will notify you immediately once the tracking updates.
