Very difficult to register even though I was registered in the past. Maybe because I am in Europe but after numerous attempts at registration and after contacting the support many times eventually gave up trying. Not a great way of bidding in my opinion.

The response to my inquiry was timely and informative. In this time of poor performances and non-responses, I was gratified to quickly receive an informative answer.

I have always been happy with the auction items and have some wonderful pieces at good prices. We got a new chair for my husband's library for $1.00! Not every deal is quite that amazing, but I love that no longer wanted items can find new homes with this auction service in my area.

I'm really not sure how they do it but I can't recall a time where I even had a problem but I know that every time I had a question about anything, it was Proxibid that answered the question or pointed me in the right direction and one would think that "auction people" would all be gruff and greedy but it's nothing like that at all with Proxibid... people actually answer the phone and so far, everyone I have talked to was most helpful and wanted to be sure I understood or had any more questions. People don't get more money for being nice... they are just nice people!

It was a little time consuming, it would make things easier if you could just have a page with our bids with an option to cancel on it.
