I received my bottle without the "Clip de transport pour mousqueton tout noir × 1" that I paid 4,95€...

Bought some replacement silicon seals for my 500ml and 750ml water bottle and they came very quickly, and fit perfectly.

Unfortunately the product broke in just over a week. The company on the other hand very quick to respond to my email and send out a replacement within 2 days so great after service if you ever have an issue

Ordered a hydro bottle on 2 Jan. it arrived in Feb smashed. Have been promised a replacement multiple times but nothing ever arrives. I have also asked for a refund 5 times but no one replies. Do not buy from this company.

The quality of Proworks water bottles are awesome. I think I’ve purchased more that 10 to date. They are great for presents. Used to get my kids one with their name on it, so they we would get it back after they inevitably left it somewhere.
On my last purchase Jan 24, I messed up on the delivery address and I’m really pleased to report that Proworks really helped me out. I am so please with their level of after sales service. Easy to highly recommend. Guaranteed confidence with your purchase. My go to for personalised water bottles.

I had issues with my O-Ring seal and was disappointed that I may have to buy a new bottle but Graham from your support team was very kind and fixed my issue straight away. My bottle works brilliantly now I love it.

We ordered a replacement lid for a Proworks bottle but it doesn't fit!
I contacted Proworks and they have agreed to send me out another lid and some extra seals so hopefully should be resolved.

Absolutely love the bottle and it’s bright yellow panda design brightens up my day. Really impressed with prompt refund, although would have appreciated free returns. Great quality xx

They never posted the products and the support email rejected my emails. The current status is that 'Royal Mail' are 'Expecting it', however, this is not changing and we are 1 week on.
