I took one star off as it was confusing with a two step verifacation code. My main worry however was not getting a single sheet of paper actually saying "Certificate of Motor Insurance" as I've al... See more

Happy with all the help .
Thank you so much.

Quote was easy to understand and options required are explained well.
Not the most economic, but seemed fair.
Very good customer service and polite and helpful.
All good so far with the Health insurance and Motor insurance
I have had a very disappointing experience with Aviva Zero Car Insurance.
Contacting customer service has been particularly difficult, with long wait times and repeated transfers between departments, often without receiving clear or consistent guidance/support.
My claim handling has also been concerning. It was initially being progressed as a non-fault incident, but was later closed as a fault claim without an explanation that aligned with the details of what occurred. The rationale provided did not appear to reflect the circumstances of the incident, which has left me uncertain about the fairness and accuracy of the process.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and lacking in clarity and support. I would not recommend this service based on my experience and would advise others to consider alternative providers.

Taking out a new car policy was very straight forward and was made easy and quick through their on-line system.
Still can't reply why they think it is acceptable to call a person who passed away an asset and charge £15 a day interest after her death they take a family house off use because off this equality release is a big con it away off getting property they charged our family over 11000 in interest after my mum died how shocking this is
Bad, policy went up almost a thousand pounds between one year and the next despite not making any claims and having a full no claims discount. They NEVER answer the phone, their voice recordings are painful to listen to. They grill you over the slightest thing, its almost like they don't want to pay a single thing. Certainly won't be renewing with them, cheap arse company..

WAS ABLE TO NAVIGATE THROUGH EASILY AND GOT THE RIGHT QUOTE FOR OUR CAR’S INSURANCE
My late father had a life insurance policy with aviva, a few days after he passed i contacted them regarding cashing in the policy. I spent a long time going through all the questions. When it got to my bank details they use credit score company which they claim couldn't verify my account, so asked me to take a photo of a statement and attach it to an email which I did l, i was told payment would be within 6 working days.
After 2 weeks i hadn't received anything, i emailed, no reply, 2 days later emailed again, no reply. I called and after much toing and froing the handler apologised and said he'd arrange an emergency payment. 5 days later I still had received nothing.
I called again, and after a lot of back and forth was told they couldn't pay as my bank statement didn't show transactions, only my name address and account details, which I assumed was all they needed as it was only to verify my account. But no, they now needed proof of transactions, which I hadn't been told at any point previously, and no one attempted to contact me or respond to my emails to inform me of this. So i am still awaiting payment from them. I highly discourage anyone from using this company, they are an absolute joke.
