Easy to open new account and ISA.
Self and partner opened Cash ISA’s last week. Process was quite straightforward, had to confirm identity with passport/driving licence and selfie. No issues. Confirmation came through within 24hours and it was easy to transfer money into the wallet and thence to the ISA. Had one little query which was responded to promptly by email. Happy so far.

Communication and cash transfer issues
I tried to open an ISA account and transferred cash. The app was switched off and I could neither open the ISA or transfer my money back out. I have registered a complaint but my email or my complaint has not been acknowledged.

My research took me to Prosper as one of the best paying flexible ISAs. It was quite easy to download their App and add funds. I’m now awaiting my interest in the future.

Pretty smooth operation
As I remember it the process of opening and funding was quite straightforward forward. In fact funding was most instantaneous which was wonderful.
I do have a ISA in another institute but this is where prosper lost a point. Transfer in not available currently apparently .

On the transfer point, we do actually support transfers in for our Stocks & Shares ISA. While we don't do so for our Cash ISA yet, we want you to know that it's something we're actively working on. Quick, clear and helpful guidance from Nick Perrett down to the app based customer service, *really* free (they refund some funds fees, no platform or transaction fees) and they offer employer contributions!
I've been so happy with my experience that on top of using their platform and services extensively, I've also invested in to the company via crowdcube.
