We have not been taken over, we are now in affiliation with No1 Currency. All orders are now submitted through their website and are collected from Griffin, as long as you select our branch on their website.
No1 Currency can also provide a postal service for your currency. This can be arranged via their website.

I was a bit nervous but the system worked well.
I found Griffin Financial excellent to work with. This being my first experience of sending funds in to be exchanged (US$ to £) I was a bit nervous but the system worked well. The funds arrived in my account right on the limit of the 3 working days after receipt but the exchange rate was excellent. The support team were available within working hours to reassure me!

Was a little concerned about putting my bank details in and paying by direct transfer but after reading other reviews I went ahead. I am glad I did, the Euro's arrived within the timescale advised and the rate was really good. I would definately use this service again

everything seemed to be going ok till the most important part they put the wrong address on my letter even though my receipt and order had my correct address on only got money after lot of phone calls to post office visit to 3 differant post offices conversation with postman and lot of stress as when did find it had wrong address on so didnt want to give it to so for that reason i have to rate it as poor
