The prorealtime software is the best. Its so user friendly and has all the features you need to trade professionally. Ive used other trading platforms and they do not offer the great flexibility of features like prorealtime does. Customer support is fantastic and so friendly.

I have been using it for 8 years and is great and very useful for design and programming graphics and indicators .

This is really great platform and I am using it for real time trading on very short timeframes like 15 sec, 1min, 5 min. It has amazing charting features that other mainstream platforms are missing like:
- one can place object in one chart and when selecting same chart in other window it is there.
- one can get exact control over risk including % of portfolio and money value including orders that will take into account ask or bid price as one wishes.
- Charting is main part of technical trading for me and PRT has done it on next level - I chose it over main competitors for this reason - it just feel easy to do all.
- It has amazing capability of market Screens. I can write myself custom indicator that can be used on different timeframes to scan the markets and display in list.
- Language to write indicators, market scans and even custom trading strategy is extremally easy to use
-Alerts are super easy to setup and can be attached to lines and indicators. Plus I can get email when alert is triggered.
- besides that they have amazing customer service, I always get reply very fast
- overall great platform for serious traders!

The data is accurate and timeous - the charting package is flexible and carries as many variations as one might want - enquiries and problem solving issues are dealt with efficiently - the package is reasonably priced.

After submitting a technical question, I was contacted by Elvira from ProRealTime. She was very prompt in replying, was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the charting platform, and was very pleasant to work with. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. In addition, I find ProRealTime to be very reliable and accurate, with an amazing number of tools and high degree of flexibility.

This is an excellent trading platform. The scanners are fully editable and the graphics are very good. It has almost all the market indicators and if you don't have it, you can create it.

Flexible. Reliable.

I have used IBKR as my US-based broker/trading platform for many years and recently added ProRealTime. Their technical analysis is incredibly good. In fact, if I could design a trading/analysis software platform, PRT would be it! I have tried out several other US-based brokers and their software, but never found them to be intuitive. I couldn't simply open it and start trading or analyzing the markets. PRT has an easily-understood interface. Everything makes sense instead of being overloaded with layers of menus that you have to cut through just to get started. Their chart trading capabilities are very easy to use, but thorough.

Not only is Prorealtime a very intuitive, fast and stable software - haven't had a breakdown in over 3 years of trading via it - they also have a very friendly and extremely competent team who always get back to you very quickly with to-the-point solutions whenever there are any issues.

I trade with IB as my broker and Prorealtime as my execution platform, and there was an issue with having an account in one currency, and trading products denominated in another currency, and the ongoing currency conversion costs IB charges for that if you don't convert sufficient margin yourself prior to that.

In under one or two hours Marc Freixas of Prorealtime managed to fully clear that up with full documentation of everything that had contributed to the confusion.

Excellent software i have used for 10 years

Love this Platform. I am signing up with IG just because of this platform. Anything can be customized , Easy to understand , good support from the team. Highly Recommended.

I have been using ProRealTime for a couple of months now, here is my personal experience. Besides the the technology part of it (application runs very smoothly, modular, easy to custom, etc). To me what is even more important is Customer Service and I know what I am talking about.

Before selecting ProRealtime, I tried a couple of other solutions and brokers over here in Germany, ProRealtime's make a big difference in Customer Service.

1- Elvira from ProRealtime provided me all the support for the Demo setup, and provided me the necessary time to discover what the tool can and cannot - all without sales harassement !

2- When I started trading with cash and encountered the first gaps/issues. I always had a response to my request, either a call back, an e-mail and in few cases, had to involve the Level-II Support Team.
Other brokers here in Germany do NOT provide that.All what you have is a FAQ site and user support resources are impolite, some are arrogant.

3- One less "attractive" : Poor Documentation !
The information is fragmented/duplicated all over the ProRealTime place, some on the Blue Website, another part on the Green Website, Tutorials that are five years old and recorded with a falling asleep voice .... This can be a lot better !

Very helpful and responsive support team, I am also waiting for the new update, where it will be even more convenient to sell individual contracts at different prices.
