Physio sessions OK but zero after-session support

The two physio sessions themselves were good, however the after-session support was none existent. At the second session for a shoulder problem the physio recommended the next stage needed to be either an ultrasound or maybe a MRI an the problem seemed atypical. I went away to investigate private scanning options. I found that the cost options varied considerably and you needed to give precise medical references for the areas to be scanned. As I was self-funded I asked the Prophysiotherapy Physio, on 4 occasions, to give me an indications of which shoulder areas needed to be scanned in my case. Costs range from £280-£1100 depending on the combination of areas requiring imaging. I made the request twice by phone to the reception and I know the request was passed onto the Physio as I was copied on the email that went to Physio from reception. I later replied to the email sent by the reception chasing up the request. As of 1 month from the initial request for the information I have not even had a acknowledgement from the physio. I make my enquires on the 30th May 25, twice on the 6th June and a final follow-up on the 16th June. It is now the 30th June and I’ve not had a response. I have now given up this practice and have found another Physio who is by far more helpful and responsive.
