Great business, they delivered on their promise. I bought a flat in Valencia and so far it's going great! I will wait a few more months to save for my next investment and then I'll definitely invest again with them

We bought our first investment property with PropHero and we are extremely satisfied with our experience . Our coach Stephane was extremely helpful, he took the time to explain what to look for and what to avoid, and he made the process very easy for us.
In the end the rent we are getting is higher than what PropHero estimated,wich is always nice.
The App is also very useful to review ans discuss the properties that PropHero finds for you

Amazing company. We already bought 2 houses with them (in 2 different locations) and so far prices have increased A LOT in both areas. We also just got new tenants on our first property and the rent indeed increased quite substantially, as our coach had told us. Also love the app as we are busy professionals and we like seeing data and facts before making a decision. They also just launched a new feature that allows you to track your cash flows which I find very helpful (we were using excel before).

For first-time investors (like me) who had never purchased a property in Australia this service was really helpful and laid out all the steps so I was comfortable I wouldn't miss anything important or make a mistake.

Purchasing a property without help is stupidly complex and it's hard to understand the actual value of a property with the way they are listed by agents as well as have the confidence you are investing in the right areas.

PropHero has a lot of data points which gives me confidence that I'm making a good investment without having to spend days and days doing my own research.

Prior to speaking with PropHero, I spoke/met with 3 separate buyers agents none of whom were able to source quality properties in good suburbs with good yields etc.

PropHero have invested heavily into building a model which delivers great outcomes for investors. They find a selection of good properties to look at and produce data points and reports on suburbs.

Their property coaches are experienced real estate professionals who were able to assist and guide me through the buying process and effectively negotiate on my behalf.

I highly recommend PropHero. I used their services for my first investment property purchase and they've been really great.

While at first I had a bit of difficulties because the property manager that was assigned to me wasn't a good fit, they very quickly assigned someone else, Marsha, and things have been fantastic since then!

Marsha has been really good at helping me understand all the steps/processes of buying a property (there was a lot of unknown for me since it was my first home investment). She always shared proactive updates and gave me regular calls to make sure I was OK with everything and ask if I had any questions/concerns I needed answered.

The PropHero team also made it super easy to connect me with the right third parties such as a QLD-based solicitor and property manager with which they handled most comms so I basically just had to sit back and let them handle things for me!

In terms of the platform itself, while the Mobile App and Website would benefit from some upgrading (a bit slow and clunky at times), overall I was quite happy with the technology. I particularly liked the fact that their data-based offering means you can play with all the financials and see what makes the most sense to you, so you can make an informed decision.

I'd definitely use PropHero again if I buy another property in the future.

It was very "comfortable" to be guided by Prophero to find an investment property, then to secure the deal, then to go through all the steps until settlement. They have a good team a developed a good app to support the process.
I also appreciated they have been taking into account my feedbacks regarding selection of investment properties + they gave good recommendations / good guidance

First time using Prop hero and can't recommend enough especially for a first time investor.
