I have written several reviews about Prop Firm Match (PFM) but I honestly can't get tired writing reviews about them because this company is such an organized company, very honest in their operations. Their services top notch. Their customer service is out of this world. Infact I haven't seen such a swift customer service anywhere that can ever rival this, is completely unmatched. The one feature of PFM that truly stands out for me is the Loyalty points you accumulate for doing just little tasks like writing and sharing your prop firms reviews on social medias. Also you are accredited with Loyalty points when you purchase Prop firm Accounts through PFM. By the time you have accumulated upto 2000 Loyalty Points, you can use it to redeem a free 5k Account size from any Prop Firm of your choice. Like I have redeemed free accounts like 3 times already. First, I accumulated upto 4000 Loyalty Points and used it to redeem a 10k Account size with FTMO, second I accumulated 2000 Loyalty points and used it to redeem a 5k account with The5ers and thirdly which is now, I have accumulated another 2000 Loyalty points and have used it to redeem a 5k account with The5ers. The process to redeem the account is very easy with the help from PFM customer care, provided by Paula it was really easy and swift. Thank you for your services @PFM. Really a helpfull site! I always look propfirms up on propfirmmatch before I buy new accounts. I also love their collecting points for free accounts. When comunicating with their team I had always a good experience.

I had redeem my loyalty points and get the new challenge account, thanks to John who takes care of it and follow up with no delays.
Only one thing i wish they do, instead of chosing an account and receive it's specific amount, it would be better to just send the maximum allowable amount for the points. But over all it's nice to have this feature as sort of Cashback on your purchases.

I don't know if I need to add something here when their score is suspended, but also when I wanted to report a prop firm on their site, they didn't want to publish the review online because they require a lot of documents to confirm it – some screenshots, printouts, PDFs, and who knows what else – just to publish an opinion that the firm behaved unfairly. So there's definitely something fishy going on

everyone: their data is misleading. 😡😡Their dashboard displays a prominent green "YES" for News Trading on ThinkCapital, yet my account (Balance: $49,510.23) was closed due to a hidden 4-minute restriction buried under a tiny icon.
​The question is simple:
🧐🧐 Why do we use referral links? > The deal is clear: The affiliate provides honest, clear, and detailed research to save the trader time and effort, and in return, we use their link so they earn a commission. It’s a win-win. But if the affiliate contributes to misleading the trader by hiding critical data or displaying contradictory "YES/NO" indicators, they fail their only job.
​I chose to use Prop Firm Match's link—even though ThinkCapital offered a 50% bonus directly and I only got 35% through them—because I trusted their evaluation. I paid a higher price for what I thought was "expert verification."
​If they cannot apply pressure on the firm to resolve a discrepancy THEY displayed, then their referral links are a trap, not a service. Do not reward misleading platforms with your sign-ups. Every firm offers higher bonuses directly; don't waste your effort on affiliates who don't protect you when their data is wrong.

"Your response admits the core problem: You display a prominent green 'YES' for news trading, while the actual rule is a 4-minute total ban. In the fast-paced world of trading, a 'YES' should mean it is safe to trade, not a trap waiting for a tooltip click.
​As a client who has purchased over 30 accounts through your platform, I relied on your 'verified' summaries. Admitting that these rules 'can feel unclear at first glance' proves that your interface is misleading. For me, this lack of clarity resulted in a loss of $49,510.23.
​If Prop Firm Match cannot provide unambiguous data on its main dashboard, it fails its primary purpose of protecting and informing traders. I expect a real investigation into this misleading 'Yes' status, not just a suggestion to post another review on your site
