Advertising scam prop firms 😡
As long as prop firms match has scam prop firms like Funding Traders and Finotive Funding on their website they are part of the problem in this whole space where thousands of people have been ripped off. Both these firms are a blatant scam and they've both been flagged here on trustpilot but prop firm match continues to promote them. Not cool.

loyalty points redemption
I've used prop firm match for well over a year and thought the customer service was relatively good..
until recently I purchased a challenge account through there loyalty points and its been nearly a month and still not received the account..
ive been back and forth speak to customer service aswell as emailing and its just a ridiculous long time with nothing to offer in return for such poor customer service.
I like prop firm match and found them to be very worthy with the things they offer but this has really been disappointing!

Great company to help navigate prop firms
Having a great experience with Propfirmmatch. There support (Arnestez) professional and responds timely. I also like to watch their YouTube channel with Zach. Bottom line had multiple payouts that propfirm match endorses. (Tradeify & TOF). In a world of prop firm scams, knowing which prop firm to trade with is critical. They provide this knowledge. Also the compare feature is great!
