This had to been the quickest cancellation I’ve ever seen. There’s nothing more aggravating than trying to close a subscription and you have to jump through hoops. Great job.

George helped me get a refund from PropertyRecs.com. I used the service once or twice but did not know I was being charged 20 dollars monthly for a service I was not using. George was able to end this and get me a refund for the 18 months I had been paying!!
George is my hero!!!

The person who assisted me today was great. I needed to cancel my account and recoup some of the recurring charges I didn't realized I'd incurred.
I got a significant refund and the account closed.
I'm giving PropertyRecs a 4 star because of the person who helped me. I give myself a 1 star for not paying attention to the recurring nature of the account charge. All in all. Ended well.

I would strongly warn people to stay away from PropertyRecs.com. I believed I was paying a one-time $1 fee for a single property search. Instead, this company signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or authorization and repeatedly charged my credit card multiple times. Before I noticed, they had taken a total of $281.00 from my account.

I never received any emails, receipts, written confirmation, or clear information about these charges or the supposed subscription. The entire process feels very deceptive and misleading.

When I contacted customer service, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude and would not actually listen to my concerns. She just kept reading from a script for over 20 minutes. Eventually, she placed me on hold and only authorized a $40 refund back to my account. I was then told I would receive a check for the remaining refund, but I never received anything.

I have since reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. In my opinion, this company operates in a very dishonest way and consumers should be very cautious before giving them any payment information.

Susan was able to help close an account in which I was being charged $20 about every 2 weeks her customer service was on point and speedy, solved my problem and it was very much appreciated. On the other hand property recs needs to make it absolutely clear on the charges every 2 weeks. I would rate them 0 on that part

Update...This company saw this review and promptly refunded the money I was due. So honestly level went way up, just be careful how you sign up for their services.

Not an honest company. Signed up for a single report that cost $1. Without my consent they put me on a monthly renewal that cost$9.95 a month.
