I will donate this purchase to a person needing it rather than support a business model that is not competitive with other shopping/ business sites.
Where’s My Order
I placed an order on 9/03/24 and chose the pay in installments plan. So far three payments have posted my account and the fourth one is due at the end of the month. I have yet to receive the sunglasses that I purchased. Logged into the website there is no customer service phone number or way to contact them, which is very unprofessional for supposedly a reputable company.

Wrong size sent twice-Will not return emails
I ordered a pair of Adidas from Proozy via Brad's Deals. They sent the wrong size, so I sent back for an exchange. Seriously, they sent me back the exact same wrong size box. I'm now trying to return for a full refund and they will not respond to my emails now. I've tried all week. Brad's Deals...you need to beware of Proozy. This is a scam company that may or may not deliver what you purchase.
Update: I finally heard from them. They refunded my money and I’m donating the wrong size shoes.

I have ordered from Proozy multiple times over the past couple of years, and have always been happy with the merchandise as well as the shipping times. That all changed about a month ago. I placed an order on August 28th, I ordered 11 items, which they immediately charged my card for. 1 item arrived very quickly and directly from Corkcicle. Time goes by, still nothing on the remaining 10 items...Finally September 17th I receive an email that 6 items are shipping. Tracking information was included for these and showed the remaining 4 items were still waiting to be filled...fine. The next day, I get another email, stating that the remaining items had then shipped. Great! A few days later only 1 package arrives, with the original 6 items, and I get an updated email stating both were delivered. I thought maybe this was an error with the Post Office and the other one would be delivered on Monday. Nope! I went back into my account and found that the tracking information for both packages had the same tracking number, but different fulfillment dates. I have emailed them multiple times, I’ve tried chatting with them, but get no response. Needless to say that is my last time doing business with them. So those of you that are continuing to buy from them, just know your day is probably coming too where they will scam you as well.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews
I am blown away after seeing so many unfavorable reviews. I ordered a pair of Converse sneakers on sale when I saw the discount advertised on Brad's Deals. The sneakers showed up on my doorstep two days later! I'm very pleased with my purchase experience.
Wrong order
I received an order where the size and color wasn't even close to what I ordered even though it was listed on the sheet that came with the order. Tried to return it...says it can't find the order number. Tried to call...the number is invalid. Is this a scam company?
Lack of customer service
Well... I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. They sent the wrong size. I sent emails with no response. Only option was to return for refund, or exchange at a higher price than originally paid. All automated, no customer service rep interactions.
Total scam
Total scam. Ordered a pair of sunglasses but they never shipped them. I have emailed customer support 4 times and have never once received a response or a refund. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back.
Scammed within 2 hours!
Within 2 hours, I was ripped off. I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas and was so excited they had these particular Doc Martens available. I purchased through Amazon Pay and received an email confirmation of the order and payment. After two hours, I received a notice about a partial refund with no explanation at all. Amazon notified me as well and had the company listed as Lyons Golf LLC with a local number (I’m in Minneapolis). When I called the number to find out why they did this it went to a woman’s voice mail with some food business. Wha?! I tried to chat and email on their horrible app, with no response. I am left to assume their business is shady and they are getting our financial information only to automatically cancel and keep a small portion for their “trouble”. Funny but not. Otherwise they just lack adequate and very basic business sense to keep an inventory. When I looked at the item again it was out of stock. Owner is Jeremy Segal and I think he’s here in MN. I saw his LinkedIn where he’s whining about succeeding in this business. He says “ Success doesn’t have any specific requirements ”. It does, Jeremy. It requires that you provide the service you have advertised and take care of the customers who have given your business their money and time.

Horrible customer service
I've been ordering from Proozy for a few years now and have never had a problem until recently. I ordered 4 items and only received 3 (it clearly states 3 items shipped on my packing slip. I waited for a few weeks thinking they may have been out of stock. I contacted customer service by email as there isn't a phone # to call. I received an automated response that they would get back to me in 24 hours. Waited another 2 weeks, scanned and sent the packing list and asked for them to send the missing product or refund my card, again automated response will get back to you in 24 hours. I have not heard anything from them. I definately will not be ordering from them again.
Do Not Order from Proozy - They just take your money.
I placed an order on August 31st. They charged my credit card immediately, but my order still shows as 'unfulfilled', I've tried to contact them at their support email, but I just get AI generated responses. They do not have a phone number (their websites states this). My only option is to do a chargeback. I knew the prices were too good to be true. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I had read these reviews first.
Do Not Order Anything from Proozy! Beware!
Purchased 2 pair of shorts and was told I would receive them in 3-5 days. It’s been 8 days now and my order still shows Unfulfilled. I have sent 3 emails inquiring about my order but only getting computer generated replies with no response concerning my order. Cannot find a working number anywhere to speak to a customer service rep. Very disgusted and feel like I’ve been in another scam of some sorts. Do not waste your time with them.
I had not read these reviews before ordering
I had not read these reviews until after ordering from Proozy and I was pretty worried. My order from 8/25/24 arrived today 9/4/24. It is the genuine article and not a a knock off. I have no dog in this fight, just wanted to tell the truth here.

Accidentally placed an order
Accidentally placed an order, no discounts were applied so I cancelled the order right away. No email response, or text on the cancellation. Poor customer service response, called my bank to cancel the charge. Be careful in placing orders where discounts aren’t applied.
Missing item in shipment
Ordered two items from them July 26th (charged for both items) . Received the shipment, but was missing an item . Their shipping invoice clearly states they only shipped one item. I’ve sent so many emails regarding the missing item, if I can get a refund, a credit, anything, and not one response.
