A new site to frequent with great customer service

I have now made 2 purchases though Proozy and was skeptical at first about this site I hadn't heard of before, but I will be checking here again in the future. I loved their Canada sweatshirt so much, I ordered some for family. One had a mark on it, and when I reached out to customer service, I received a fast response and immediate replacement with free shipping without me pushing for anything (amazing!). Their customer support is from real people, quick and helpful. This is a new shopping site for me.

Hurley women's jackets

I ordered 2 Hurley women's jackets. It came fairly quickly. A prepaid return label was sent to me to return them for a smaller size. I did this during the month of December. It took about 8 weeks before my return was acknowledged and a refund was issued. Muneba was instrumental in pursuing my "lost" jackets and issued a refund which was received in 3 days.

I am very disappointed in their…

I am very disappointed in their no-customer service representatives. I had an issue with a company-generated coupon; the coupon was previously gifted because of a 2-week-long shipping error. The coupon clearly stated that it should be used on my next purchase. Simple, right? Not for this lousy company. They refused to let me use the coupon and offered me an alternative for half its original value.
Avoid the headaches and frustration, STAY AWAY FROM PROOZY. You will sleep better and retain all your hair.

I had an issue with delivery which was…

I had an issue with delivery which was not Proozy’s fault. Assuming the order was lost after a month, I received a fast refund. About two weeks later, the package showed up. After contacting them again, they handled things wonderfully. No complaints from me.

Shantyze is the best!

I just had an excellent experience with Proozy Customer Support employee, Shantyza, (who will remain a GODDESS in my book) helped me. She was persevering in documenting my issue and was able to problem solve exactly the way I requested. All of this unfolded within an hour this morning after I left a phone message over the weekend. Great customer service

I contacted Proozy.com about an issue with my order. I got a prompt and positive response back from Shantyza. She was kind and profession and was able to resolve my issue in a timely fashion. I was very impress and will definitely do business again with them.
Now just waiting to receive my order.

Super customer support

I ordered an item from Proozy, where I've found a number of terrific deals before, but realized after submitting that I had not used the correct address for shipment. I contacted customer service and they were able to make the correction before processing my order. The assistance was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Just another good reason to shop with Proozy.

Where are my boots?

This company is extremely hit or miss...the prices and quality of their shoes and clothing are excellent when you actually receive what you purchase. That being said I ordered a pair of boots December 17th and the website said a label was created the 19th and here it is January 2nd and I haven't received my boots and UPS hasn't received the package. I sent an email 5 days ago and still haven't received a response. I gave them extra time because of the holidays BUT I am going to dispute this transaction with my credit card. I understand things happen but it would be nice to have customer service email you back OR imagine having a phone number customers can call!!

5 days to respond!

I sent Proozy a message on 12/17 to ask if my order had actually been shipped, since days prior I received an email stating that it had. I checked the tracking number for 3 days & every time UPS? showed the package as not received. I received a response 5 DAYS LATER Congratulating me that my package had shipped, not helpful considering it arrived the same day. I can see a delayed response due to the holidays, but 5 days? Poor customer service.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from Proozy

I wish I read some of these reviews before ordering. I placed an order December 14, 2024. Like others, it says will ship in 3-5 days. I received an email saying it was shipped and I would receive it by December 28. Not only haven’t I received it, but the tracking number is non existent.
I reached out to customer service 4 times and have not gotten a response. There is no phone number to call to talk to anyone. So they don’t reply to emails, and don’t have a number to call them.
Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money. I reached out to them to file a complaint.
My suggestion, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY purchasing from Proozy. I’ve actually purchased from them before and the items seem second hand. Never again. I’d rather pay a few dollars more than get scammed again.

Ordered a Xmas gift for my husband in…

Ordered a Xmas gift for my husband in September. When I opened the package to wrap it, it was not only the wrong size but the wrong color. Turns out I can only get a refund for a month and three attempts to contact them has produced no response. Will not order from them again. Doesn't help to get a good deal if they can't fill the order correctly and you can't get your money back or a replacement.

I wish I could give them a negative…

I wish I could give them a negative number. They will take your payments with no updates on the status of your order. When I emailed customer service, I just received a generic letter. An order that was supposed to ship within 3-5 days still hadn't shipped 3 weeks later. Then I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. I definitely would not recommend using Proozy. I did receive a refund however I am extremely disappointed that I did not receive the boots I really wanted.

Charged credit card but still not shipped

Much like another review here, Proozy sent me UPS tracking last week where UPS this week (5 days later) still shows package never delivered to UPS for shipment. Customer support does not respond as to why not at UPS… Called credit card company to report and sure enough they charged my credit card but clearly did not ship. In my humble opinion I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to receive your goods. Seems it is hit or miss.

Do not buy this website scam

Do not buy this website scam. I ordered a jacket for my wife as a Christmas give. It advertised that it will ship in 3-5 days. I ordered 12/13 and 12/20 and I still have received. They sent me a bogus tracking number. I tried to reach out to them and đid not response. Far as I consider this is scam. Dont waste your money

I was an idiot

I was an idiot and mistakenly ordered the same items twice. I contacted Proozy when I discovered my stupidity and they responded quickly and also sent me a pre-paid return label which I didn't have the huevos to ask for.
Very impressive.
My money was quickly refunded as well.
Good company!
