I highly recommend Prolon's products.

I did the five days program so many times, minimum twice a year, usually three or four times a year, my body loves it!!!. I feel great physically, mentally, emotionally. It keeps me balanced.

With my husband and my son we also take the protein, the chocolate and the berries, we subscribed and received ones a months. It make us feel satisfied, but not have heavy, full of energy, easy to digest, great with our skin, and Delicious!!!

I also love the fasting shake, It keeps me full, but focus and with energy all they at work!

We highly recommend their products!

Products based on science

Prolon is a great company that provides products based on scientific research on health & longevity. I discovered prolon after being diagnosed with cancer and truly believe that regular use of their FMD programs have helped to prevent recurrence. Many people are skeptical because they are thinking of this as a weight loss program. That is not what this is for, though it can help with that. The prolon fmd (and their other products as well) provides benefits on a cellular level that increase health and longevity. I recommend that anyone interested read The Longevity Diet by Dr Valter Longo to understand the science behind it!

Not for everyone, and not worth full price.

I tried the five day fast a while back and most of the food was fine, I actually enjoyed a couple of the soups, and absolutely hated a couple. I do wish you could have more control over the flavors and had an option for an equivalent substitution (I hate olives). I ended up feeling really sick by day four and had to stop.
My boyfriend also did it and really enjoyed the fast. He doesn't write reviews, so this is also for his experience. He ended up losing about five pounds. He has done it again recently, and again, enjoyed it. He bought this recent box at a discount and then forgot to cancel the subscription immediately. So while the price with the discount was worth it, the next box coming in at $218 was very much NOT worth it for a five day fast. There is no email or notice that it is about to send the second box, only an email to advise it's on its way and you've been charged the $218. So he is definitely canceling today. We just wish there was some notice it is about to charge you, and that it was $218 for a five day fast. That's very extreme for what you get, and very much not worth it.

I do think he would do it again in the future, but not for anything more than the discount price and I'll be following up with him that he canceled the subscription immediately.

His renewed subscription was from today, his most recent fasting was probably about two months ago. My experience was probably about one year ago.

I had the best experience and outcome. Lost weight I couldn't lose despite exercising a lot . I haven't gained it back and it's been over a month since I completed it . It reset my metabolism and eating habits

I did not place an order for prolon

I did not place an order for prolon. You charged my credit card. I called first thing this morning and told you to cancel it. I do not want your product at this time. If I wanted it, I would’ve ordered it. I resent that you automatically charged my card and placed an order.

Horrible interface on phone

Horrible interface on phone. I had to switch to my laptop and because of that lost connection to my shop account. It ended up getting charged to a card I did not want to use.
