Helped us get a good projector fast! We needed an economical but business quality projector really quickly. The one we chose initially was backordered and delayed, but our contact suggested a comparable projector that could arrive in three days. It did! Great service.

The product was not in stock but that is not indicated on the website. I had to order the product and wait a day for a sales rep to email me and tell me that it wasn't available. I wasted 24 hours or so on your website. This is terrible customer service and a waste of my time and yours.

Ordered a replacement projector bulb
Ordered a replacement projector bulb for our 9 year old Epson Powerlite 1945W projector. Order was fulfilled directly from the manufacturer in the time period quoted and arrived in well-protected, factory-sealed, packaging. Just waiting for the filters to arrive (unfortunately, I had to order them directly from EPSON) before I can clean the projector, install the parts, and test the lamp.
