Easy to use but lacked transparency
I liked the way I could sell my old phone.
I did not like the lack of a explanation of why In was shorted $11 from my initial estimate.
They sent an email as to the amount they had sent me, but no explanation! They could have easily put the reasons for paying a lesser amount in that email.
----Thank you for responding that I did not include the charger and headset. Please look again. I did include both those items and am awaiting my $11 payment

The original trade-in quote included original wireless Samsung headphones and an original charger, neither of which were included but instead a generic charge cord and Panasonic headset were included. The device was in the condition described and check was issued. The reason for deduction was stated on the check.
Easy to use, but I felt swindled
Trade-In My Tech was easy to use, although I felt swindled when they dropped the price significantly after receiving the items because of specs. If there were factors that would have changed the price you offered, you should ask for those up front.

The original quote was based on a model of device that customer said. The items received were a different model and quote was adjusted. Customer accepted updated quote and check was issued.

TradeInMyTech is a bit harsh in their grading of a product, so be careful there are no issues with your tech that could possibly warrant a “damaged” grade. This grade comes with the least amount of payback (despite any other highly-rated specs) and they will not ship it back for free if you decline their offer. Besides this, TradeInMyTech is responsive and quick to assess your item(s) and issue payment. Would use them again, with caution.

Inaccurate estimate form, poor value review/response
Trade in value was originally $175 with a working unit with some scratches and missing buttons - completely functional on software and touch screen side - evaluated using their form. Once physically reviewed, they offered me $15. Their evaluation form pricing is inaccurate and unacceptable once the review value was presented. I understand a profit needs to be made on their part, but this offer was in bad taste and deceptive. Very disappointed.
