Just like everyone I placed an order in July for the mega doughnut, which was due to be delivered on the 3.9.24. Unfortunately, I have not received it. There was no communication regarding dispatch, shipment etc. I chased this up both via email and on their Instagram page and have had no response. I noticed that they have limited their comments on social, leading me to belive that there are many that are facing the same problem. Its unfortunate as I know my son would have been over the moon receiving this gift. I am now trying to pursue a refund.

Our order has not been delivered and no response from customer services to my emails asking where our doughnuts are, and now for requesting a full refund as it is clear the delivery isn't just delayed but the order just hasn't been fulfilled. I had been a previously satisfied customer but now I am completely put off ever ordering again as well as recommending this company to others. Customer Service seems to be non-existent for when things go wrong.

Very disappointed as order was never received and had no way of tracking it. It was a leaving gift for a colleague at work so had to turn up empty handed and had paid extra for Saturday delivery.
Have contact customer services by email and on Instagram and via the website but no response so not very happy as colleagues had contributed the money for our colleague and now we are £20 short and nothing to show for it. This has put me off future orders.

Ordered doughnuts for our anniversary and nothing has arrived! This was about 5 days ago.

No reply to email or on social media!

Ordered a giant doughnut and set of 6 doughnuts for my twin boys birthday! Ordered on the 11th and paid for it to be delivered my the 28th (birthday was the 29th). It never turned up. No email to say it had even been dispatched. Emailed twice and messaged twice on Facebook and had no reply. Absolutely disgusting, paid £45 to receive nothing and no response. At this point all I'd like is a refund. I will never shop with these again.

Same experience as others unfortunately, I ordered and paid for a birthday delivery, it didn't show up, no response to my messages. Obviously a big shame and horrible for company employees if they have gone into administration, but seems especially unfair that people who were all trying to spread joy via the medium of doughnuts have been left disappointed and out of pocket.

My son ordered and paid for a doughnut cake for his fiancees birthday!!! ,to be delivered 2 days ago. Still waiting!. He e-mailed, instagramed and messaged. Nothing!. I thought I'd have a look at the reviews, and all I can see is that the nice reviews are replied to but the ones of complaint, because they didnt receive their cakes,have been ignored!!!!. Please ,at least let customers know the reasons why their birthday parties were ruined because no cakes were there! At least put a phone no. in so people know why!

Sadly, I've had the same experience as the other most recent reviews. Ordered a mega donut for our son's birthday, well in advance, money taken, but no donut received and no reply to email or contact on social media.
This is not the standard they have set before and I can only assume they've had some problems of some sort, however good customer service would be to communicate that, at very least.

Ordered from them and although I received an order confirmation, didn't receive the item on the day I selected at checkout. No contact number for them, tried to email them a few times, never received a reply.

Ordered for a friends birthday, they did not arrive, still waiting for a reply to my emails to see what happened, very disappointed, will not use again. just hope they refund me.

Fantastic customer service when we had problems with our delivery, and delicious donuts!

Paid extra for it to be delivered on Saturday, the delivery slot was 09:00 till 12:00. I made sure I was available by working around this time. Then at 12:00 the delivery time changes to 07:30 to 19:30. This is a joke, this was for a party and it's literally pointless now.

Not the fault of the company. Doughnut was amazing and will definitely use again but I'll be careful when planning stuff.

I have amended this review due to a manager who went out of her way to change my disappointing experience.
The original doughnut I ordered was at the depot for 2 days before it was delivered! Delivered 48 hours late for a birthday. Then arrived squashed.
However a free doughnut offered to compensate this experience meant we could celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary with a treat. This doughnut arrived on the day I asked for and was lovely and fresh.

I’ve been a project D customer for years at this point and have always loved their creative flavours and presentation. Sadly the last couple of times I’ve ordered from them my doughnuts have turned up already slightly stale and this time partially destroyed. I think this may be my last time ordering from them as a result.

A company that ignores a sexual harassment complaint and then sacks the 17 year old complainant and is found guilty to the tune of £31k is not where I will be buying my donuts in the future. Not a good look project D. No statement on the website either, has the offender even been sacked?!

Large cookies & cream doughnut ordered for an 18th birthday delivered on the right day & travelled well which is crucial. Absolutely delicious and still tasted good when it was finished 2 days later. Recipient said it was favourite birthday “cake” ever & considerable effort has been made each year over the 18 years so big compliment. Love love love.

Absolutely mega birthday doughnut , best I've ever tasted it was insanely good!!!

We ordered the Homer and the Cookies & Cream mega Doughnuts for my son's birthday. It was late notice, I ordered on Wednesday evening and they both arrived in great condition through Royal Mail tracked on Friday morning.

The 2 doughnuts were delicious and the kids loved them, there was plenty for 20 children, with enough left over for the adults to have a sample!

Would absolutely buy them again.
