In all honesty, Gabor’s help came at a critical time in my PMP journey.
I knew I had the experience, the time put in, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
I’ve aligned leadership before with project deadlines and deliverables… but communicating that on the application was, for some reason, a hurdle.
I over-explained, over-communicated and tried to present in minutia all of the responsibilities per project.
And at first, the application didn’t go through.
Heart broken doesn’t even do that rejection justice.
And at that point in time, I feel extremely fortunate I got it right the first time in reaching out to Gabor.
I knew I was committed.
I knew I was tired of my current condition .
I knew I wanted to progress and make moves professionally.
Just needed the right direction.
If I can give Gabor credit for anything, it’s having an absolute LARGE capacity for patience- specifically for me, with respect to our time zone difference, finishing small tasks on my end, and overall leniency with communication.
He was willing to guide me to the right people, and having support with other PM’s-to-be helped me to empathize and feel re-energized about getting the job done.
Everything short of providential, I’m extremely lucky to have found Gabor on the first try, and even more so now that the goal was accomplished.

The PMP Boost sessions were really encouraging. No one tried to pressure or threaten you with how difficult the exam is. Instead, they presented a realistic plan on how to achieve your goal step by step, while also making sure you don’t burn out during the preparation process.

PMP OS was an excellent support throughout my PMP journey. They hosted consistent weekly sessions for PMP aspirants, clearly explained the PMP concepts, and broke down complex topics in an easy-to-understand way. What I appreciated most was how the coaches, Ricardo, Torge and Gabor helped me create a realistic, structured study plan and kept me accountable along the way. Having a conversation with Gabor really helped me feel more confident about my test! He listened to my main concerns and shared some key videos and tips to keep in mind. Unfortunately, I found him quite late, with less than five days before the test—but that conversation gave me exactly the boost I needed to feel more confident.

Gabor is a straigthforward and detailed on his presentation. The two possibilities that we were looking at are now clear for us.

I was happy that I was able to do this through Zoom, for free. Booking the call was easy to do. Gabor provided wonderful insight on obtaining a project management certification and reviewed my LinkedIn profile to state which path would be better for me, CAPM or PMP. He provided additional resources and offered to be of future assistance to help me pass the exam. Highly recommend to anyone considering a PMI certification.

Excellent coaching sessions, stimulated a lot of thought. Challenging mock test questions. Most important, focus was on how to think to answer the test questions. I believe that the discipline from this training and coaching was a significant factor in my passing the PMP Certification exam on my first try.
