Game changer for handling enquiries calls
We were missing calls without even realising it, so we were definitely losing somepotential consignors. Since putting this in place, every call gets picked up and handled properly.

Tom was great as well. Really helpful the whole way through, always on hand, and kept us in the loop at every stage which made things easy.
I really like the way it helps prioritise enquiries. The more serious ones get flagged straight away, and we get a text and email with the details so we know who to call back first and why. They can also include links for customers to book in or get more info, which has been really useful and time saving.
It’s taken a lot of pressure off and we’re not missing out on good opportunities.
