Great course with just the right amount of theory and plenty of practical application. Delivered brilliantly via Zoom.

The course was great and covered a wide range of change management principles. The only thing I would say is that for the short time frame, a lot is covered and it doesn't lend a lot of time to real... See more

Very professional and excellent Training Organisation with good communication (thanks Kate), great trainer (thanks Dan) and well organised courses. Would recommend to anyone who needs a boost in their career!

The course covers a broad range of Change methodologies with tips and tools for practical application. This is exactly what I wanted.
Our trainer offered plenty of time for conversation on all topics which made it all the richer.

I found this change management course to be rather eye opening, sufficiently challenging and very professionally delivered by a friendly and knowledgeable presenter. The attention to detail was first class throughout, even down to the catering arrangements.
I would not hesitate to recommend Project Laneways to any professional person or organization looking to extend their understanding of change management, and I very much look forward to booking further courses for myself and my organization in the future.

Presenter was very knowledgeable and having a smaller group made for good discussions and shared experiences.

Nothing further to add to the feedback provided on the form at the end of the course.

Very good overall, course presenter knowledgeable on course delivery and content, and provided additional valuable information. I would recommend course to others, however I only attended short 1.5 day practitioner level, which was 1 day of review, and then next day exam.
Only negative was the food, very ordinary. I was asked by Project Laneways if I had an dietary requirements which provided, but food available was not sufficient or applied to my requests. In fact when I asked the food service what the non-meat lasagna contained they did not know and could not answer. Only veggies was green leaf salad. I would not recommend Clifton's food for student participants, full of starch, sugar, etc.

I recently trained with Dan doing the Change Management fundamentals course. It's a very comprehensive course and Dan covers the content well supported by lots of real world examples which bring the learning to life. I'm looking forward to implementing what I've learnt back at work ASAP.
Thanks Dan!

I liked the training very much. The training materials are very helpful, useful and informative. Dan Skelsey, our trainor/facilitator was very punctual and intelligent among other things. I liked that he shared his insights, work experiences with the class as it is more relatable and more understandable. Of course, his personality, great sense of humour, made the class even more lively and more involved.
Dan, thank you for a great training.
No doubt, would recommend Dan and Project Laneways to anyone.

Great trainer with loads of real world experience
Research-based frameworks and methodologies can be used appropriately, rather than just one way of doing change

Lots of examples and practices during the training that will equip you for application in the actual workplace!

An excellent presenter.
Dan gave a one hour presentation on change and managing change to our middle manager-level staff. Even in this short time, with so much to cover, he was able to present information and analogies that really resonated with the audience. Dan is a personable and interesting speaker who really knows his subject. One comment from an attendee sums it all up:
“I learnt more in one hour than when I attend a one to three day course”
