I found the whole process friendly, incredibly informative and engaging.

I cannot rave enough about the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course held by Dan from Project Laneways. Dan uses simple analogies to help you understand the concepts and theories, and the practical activities help hammer everything home. I will definitely be implementing a number of the tools learned through this course and I'm sure the textbook will not leave my side. Project Laneways have been fantastic to deal with from email replies, to ensuring I knew what was going on when. Cannot recommend them enough.

I completed the Change Management Foundation Course with Project Laneways. The course is well structured and the very method and course materials are excellent. I highly recommend this course if you are new to, or have some basic experience in Change Management and want to cement your knowledge.

The Rapid Agile training course gave you a understanding of agile and how you use this as a change manager. We came away from the two days with some great tools and ideas to use in our projects.

The Change Management Practitioner course was great and quite engaging, a balance of theory and practical examples from Dan.

An intense but enjoyable and informative course. Invaluable content. A big "exam focus" but I assume that is needed to ensure we get the accreditation.

An excellent course which has helped me prepare for the challenges of moving to agile. The content really helped define an approach to managing change in an agile delivery environment. Dan was again an excellent presenter incorporating relate-able experiences with agile change management techniques.

It's very practical, group exercises were very helpful to digest all different theories. Even you haven't had time to prepare the course nor read the book, you would be able to pass the exam as Dan has approached it from real life experience. After the training I felt I had good grasp of change management workflow and how to plan and apply to a change management project.
