Rocket Espresso R Nine One
I bought a Rocket Espresso R Nine One to replace an Appartmento that I’ve had for many years. Tim was very engaged throughout the order, delivery and commission process. He followed up to ensure I’d ordered the right things and to ensure that I understood which items were in stock and when out of stock items would be expected. The delivery team were professional and placed the equipment in its new home giving us all confidence in the delivery condition. I would have no hesitation in ordering from PRO Espresso again. Indeed, they went the extra mile and guided me in the fix for my old Appartmento. Quite simply, I have confidence in their product, their service and their support.
