Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic from start to finish. Very keen to complete the purchase as I have been wanting a rocket for a while, Tim and the team were fantastic (incredibly patient too) with co-ordination and input. They also supported some teething issues with the delivery. Really good experience and will most certainly be going back when the time comes again to buy a new machine.

Fantastic experience.

Ordered the Rocket Appartamento Serie Nera from Pro Espresso and had the best experience. Tim has been fantastic from start to finish with answering all my questions and keeping me up to date with delivery. Brilliant company to order from and informative, prompt and friendly. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The most helpful guy..

The most helpful guy... I love this opportunity to have such a brilliant coffee station in my own kitchen for such a great price. Once I'd done the maths it was a no brainer for me. I'm a really happy customer and fully recommend this company.

Real customer service

I bought my Stone Lite from Pro Espresso and the whole experience was excellent. The machine arrived quickly, really well packaged, and without any drama. When I thought I’d run into an issue (which turned out to be user error), they actually rang me personally to help me sort it out. That level of care is rare these days. Slow delivery, authentic product

Product was as described but delivery was 6 working days having said 2-3 days on the purchase page, took Thursday to Thursday to deliver. Other suppliers for grinder etc. all next day and on time as described.

Pro Espresso are Awesome!

I have been using my Rocket Appartmento for 10 months now and I am absolutely thrilled!

The experience of being a Pro Espresso customer has been nothing but a pleasure too. From talking me through the different options available to me, all the way through to delivering and getting me started has been great.

Excellent Customer Service

The service we have received from Pro Espresso has been excellent. They are very quick to respond via their online chat, providing detailed and knowledgeable responses. Happy we bought our machine from them.

I can’t recommend Pro Espresso UK…

I can’t recommend Pro Espresso UK highly enough. From my first enquiry prior to the launch of the Rocket Bicocca- I was asking sevral questions re its feature ect that Tim was always happy to find answers to. SO it got even better, rfom the moment I placed my order to the final installation of my Rocket Bicocca machine, the team (Tim and Keanu) was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The installation was carried out with real care and attention to detail—they clearly know their craft and take great pride in what they do. Everything was set up perfectly, and they made sure I understood how to get the best from the Rocket Bicocca machine.

A few weeks in, I encountered a minor issue with the Rocket Bicocca (software update required) . These things happen—but what really stood out was how quickly and effectively Pro Espresso responded. Their after-sales support was just as impressive as the initial install: responsive, reassuring, and solution-focused. The issue was resolved without fuss, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout the process.

If you’re looking for a company that combines top-tier products with excellent service and a human touch, look no further than Pro Espresso UK. A real class act.

One of the worst shopping experiences…

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I decided to go the whole hog on a coffee machine + grinder, the price of a small used car for my home 🤨. anyway without a warning and me having chased the delivery date several times the coffee machine didn’t turn up for circa 5 weeks. When it did turn up it was damaged. I then had to wait another week for a replacement. Then I had no grinder with my coffee machine to even use it this turned up another 2 weeks later …..was there any slight compensation for my wait not a single thing. Maybe a half bag of coffee that was useless to me. Honestly I’d go elsewhere if you’re thinking of buying from these guys it’s not worth the hassle and anxiety. Their communication is shocking, you have to chase for your product as they won’t email you'll get a phone call saying if you place the order we can get that out to you next day 😂 how I was fooled.

We're truly sorry that your experience with us left you feeling disappointed.

You’re right that there were delays, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. These were caused by Rocket Espresso in Milan (see their letter below), as they transitioned to a new factory and logistics system. That affected many orders — including yours — and for that we are genuinely sorry.

That said, we did everything we could to resolve things swiftly once the machine arrived damaged. One of the founders of the business personally hand-delivered your replacement machine within days, and we refunded the delayed accessories immediately. As soon as your grinder arrived in stock, we shipped it out without delay.

While you waited for the grinder, we also sent fresh ground coffee so you could still make and enjoy coffee straight away.

We chose to communicate by phone rather than email so we could speak to you directly, explain the situation fully, and make sure you were kept updated in person.

We always aim to provide exceptional service, and it’s disappointing that despite our best efforts, you still came away feeling let down.
Please also see the added response from Rocket Espresso which they wrote and sent out to customers at the time of your order and its hold up.

Would like to inform that we are currently finalising the last touches of our new factory, which is now fully set up and operational. As part of this transition, we are also in the process of implementing a new and improved shipping system to better serve our customers moving forward.
While this upgrade brings long-term benefits, it is temporarily causing a backlog in our shipments from Italy. Please rest assured that all orders are being processed and will be fulfilled and delivered as soon as possible.
