LIARS - THIEVES - CON ARTISTS - ZERO SERVICE

Before I add my twopenneth just look at these review, my God it says it all. These people are absolute con artists. They grab your money quicker than Joan of Arc and a bucket of water. BUT it is NOT made clear at point of sale that is only streaming and to download cost more MUCH MORE. If ever you subscribe to anything that needs prescription and see Probiler is the agent - do NOT trust them, They are liars and thieves con artists and scammers. I had to send 10 emails to get a reponse and then they did not even attempt to deal with my issue. They should not be licenced to handle money and you WILL regret dealing with them. I will post this review on a dozen social media sites to warn people of the deceitful tricks they pull. AVOID - Most websites offer 2 or 3 processing firms to take payment. Use another. These are just scumbags. Deceitful Liars and Con Artists so AVOID AVOID AVOID. Look for my posts on various social media sites over the coming few days. One way or another, I will cost them more in lost sales than the money they stole from me. AS USUAL the email address of the CEO John Patrick is a false email address and anything sent comes back undelivered. So many firms provide the CEO emails to give the ILLUSION that they care but TRUTH is they don't give a s*** they draw huge salaries for doing FA and ripping people off.

Relying on shame to make you not chase them.

They rely on you to be ashemed of your billing. cancelled a subscription, was still getting charged randomly ( and cause it was not in GPB i was getting bank charges!) for some small print reason i swear wasnt in t+C. I went to live chat, , it was extremely slow, and i only got a reply each time once i typed 'YES' into the chat window asking me if i wanted to continue ( if i didnt within two minutes it was going to disconnect)
I was then told what i had subscribed to and all the details etc and its like they were expecting me to just not chase it up. Nice try, but im not a child
if something is using pro biller, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Probiller says they are open 24/7

Probiller says they are open 24/7, but they rarely answer their phone and despite many attempts to Chat, they never respond beyond the robot answers. Surely publishers seeding billing assistance can do better than this third class operation.

Probiller a scam operation.

Probiller is nothing but scammer operation. Tried to cancel a subscription after finding out there were other hidden fees, and costs involved, to which they told me they have a no refund policy. It's very clear they're noting but a scam operation, and since charges are overseas, you're kinda screwed.

Terrible service

Most companies you don’t even need to chat or call, you can do it automatically by your self, not this one though.

I highly don’t recommend it!

I had an account for over 10 years that suddenly expired before the date. I lost 3 years of subscription and they claimed they could not reinstate the account unless I paied up for 25 years and I would be granteeded to have my befits then. The only problem is that they said the same when I bought it way back and now I do not trust them at all. I would recommend to go with others and not get involved here.

FRAUDULENT! AVOID!

NEVER give them their credit card details. They charge hidden memberships for sites you never signed up for and unticked all boxes for, then you can't log into the account, so you are unable to cancel, then they want you to call them with hours of waiting time. The charges just keep coming and the only thing you can do is cancel your credit card and get a new one.

100% a scam

They sent me several emails telling me that I ordered some premium packages on various porn sites. However, none of the supplied details in their invoice emails was correct (CC number, IP address, etc.). I guess, they were most likely trying to steal or obtain legit bank details. Do not enter any data on their website. Instead, closely monitor your bank account and immediately contact your bank if you find suspicious transactions.

Fraudsters and criminals

A local small gas station recently had a spate of controversies about card skimmers and/or losing customer card information and then this last week my card was repeatedly charged by PROBILLER.COM fraudulently. I don't subscribe to any paid porn services ( who the even pays for porn? ) and so had to have my credit card reverse the charges and issue me a new card. Watch out, and report this business to the BBB.

Awful

Awful! I did a ‘7 day one off subscription for £7’ a week later they’ve taken one payment for £29 and then a day later another one for £39 I’ve tried calling twice and they have put the phone down on me both times! Avoid at all costs a complete scamming company!

Unauthorized charges

They bill for some sites with multiple options to subscribe to other sites. They will sneak a charge of $1 to another site and end up charging your cc the full subscription after the trial, If possible, use another billing company.

Probiller is a fraudulent company

Probiller is a fraudulent company who posed as FedEx delivery via my text messaging, stole my information, and proceeded immediately on 9/2/21 to steal 6 transactions from my checking account. Which also cost me a drop of almost 50 points from EACH credit bureau. My bank tipped name off because the charges cone from overseas. I had to cancel that card and file fraud charges. Bank is still investigating...and I have not gotten my credit points back yet. DO NOT TRUST!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. My account got hacked and I was charged multiple times without realising. When I did, I asked them for a full refund and they said that they could only refund me for transactions made within the past 120 days, as per alleged agreements with Visa and Mastercard. I've threatened to take legal action against them: clearly there was no oversight on their part and their business practices are far from transparent. Also, their free-toll number doesn't work and their chat service is really poor: you get disconnected after 2 minutes of inactivity, which means you have to chat with several people before you can get to the bottom of the situation.
