This company is a scammer, I made a single payment of 1 USD and they charged me three times of different amounts

Worst support ever, they will never reply to emails, and in chats they put you to wait, and then automatically disconnect you before any agent reply back.

Terrible! They bill for some dodgy websites, where you can get random, unsubstantiated charges. They respond with standard answers, keep repeating them across different operatives, don’t answer your concern, say to call them (in the USA) and the 24*7 chat times out. Don’t give this company your credit card else you could, like me, be very sorry

DO NOT USE ANY SITE THAT USES THIS ABSOLUTE SCAME!!! the most useless dogs, I must have signed up to something a long time ago and just noticed it is taking $60 a month and I don't know why, I tried to contact customer support, gave them all the details they said were required to help me find these purchases and then they "disconnected" from the chat and I now have to cancel the card I used. DO NOT USE THIS NOT WORTH RISK!!!

They stole my money, they took money for free subscription, then i used charge back and got my money back fortunately, do not use if possible.

Probiller are a con company. Do not take my word for it just look on Trustpilot - to get a 1 star rating by 96% - YES - 96% say BAD - that is by design and not by accident. They are bordering on criminality so many complaints of money being taken and NO access to the sites the custonmer paid for. The CEO John Patrick based in Canada displays an email to try and portray he cares - you email him and it comes back undelivered as it is a Mickey Mouse email which so many CEOs use to try and display they care when in fact thy don't give a s*** and take a 6 or 7 figure salary by blatently ripping off hundreds if not thousands of people. If ever you see Probiller associated with ANY subscription do NOT subscribe - you will lose your money

Scam company. They will let you sign up with no issues, then to cancel you have to chat them online and they keep you on chat indefinitely (CURRENTLY WAITING 1 hour just for them to get back to me instead of letting me cancel with a buttoN) 1 HOUR!!!! AVOID!!! DO NOT GO WITH ANY WEBSITE THAT USES THEM!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! TURST ME

How is this legal. Took money from my daughters account without her purchasing anything then when called them for a refund and denied taking any money. Would not put in writing that they hadn't taken any money. Should be shut down.

Eveything about probiller is complete garbage. Their attitudes are rude and they have no interest in helping customers, they only care about selling you more years of website access or lifetime memberships you dont want, and if you refuse to pay more for more time you dont want when they constantly lock your access to websites you already paid to have months and years of so called unlimited access for, they will not unlock access to the sites you already paid for and rudely disconnect you from chat after struggling to stay calm and courteous to a totally illiterate scumbag like lana.

Another instance recently, I joined a site on holiday sale discount, and there's a checkbox to join a garbage site I never heard of and had absolutely zero interest in joining especially when it's almost 4x the price of the site I intended on joining. I made sure the box was unchecked to join their crappy partner site I didnt want to join, and guess what? THEY JOINED ME AND CHARGED ME ANYWAY! To my dismay, I then saw the payment processor was the jerks at "probiller" again. Hoping I would connect to somebody that wasn't Lana or an illiterate dirtbag scammer like Lana, I waited 30 minutes to connect to a chat support who claimed it was my fault I joined the crap site that I didn't sign up for and legally they cant' refund me for partially used memberships and charges on my account is at the customers discretion or some total bull**** like that. Funny seeing complete morons that are literally illiterate try to use big words and lie about legal mumbo jumbo and I told them what they're doing is actually illegal. I didn't partially use the site, I didn't use it AT ALL. I didn't sign up to join the side site, I made sure the box to join the bonus site at full price was NOT checked, so you guys signed me up to a site I did not want and charged me for something I should NOT have been signed up for. Then they tried to offer to give me 2 free months, I refused, then they tried to offer me less than half of what they charged me for as refund. Literally doing everything and anything they could to NOT give me my money back that they charged me to join a bonus site when the CLICK CHECKBOX TO JOIN BONUS SITE box was NOT CHECKED!

I wasted hours and chatting with these scumbag scammers in text chat, over multiple different problems with multiple different websites they're associated with. Their phoneline rang for over 30 minutes before someone finally picked up and kept saying hello hello like they couldnt hear me, then hung up in about 5 seconds after I waited over 30 minutes for them to answer my phone call. I figured sending them multiple e-mails with pictures of the rude, unhelpful, illiterate "lana" and screenshots of receipts of purchases I made to have years of unlmited access to 1 of the sites they associate with, that they randomly keep blocking my access to, then try to keep selling me lifetime memberships fot $100s and $1000s of dollars like I would trust them with a single penny ever again.

My advice is, dont trust probiller or join any pay sites that use them as payment processor. They will lock your access you pay for, then try to sell you extended memberships or extra memberships to other sites instead of just shutting up and unlocking my damn access to the sites I already paid for, and if you dont want to buy more membership time when theyre constantly screwing up your memberships you already paid for by locking and blocking access or reducing over a year off your multiple year membership for no clear reason, I still havent regained access to sites I had paid for years of access to, and I hadnt gotten 1 email response to multiple emails I sent a month ago besides their automated response bot emailed me informing me, WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR E-MAIL. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 5 DAYS. It's been over a month. Probiller is a total joke ran by illiterate scumbag scammers and what they're doing is illegal. DO NOT trust them or risk wasting your money on anything online that uses them as a payment processor!

Well at the top of the probiller page they brag about being rated excellent by trust pilot. I never visted the mbi-probiller people till after they stole, or knowing recieved my stolen info. I most certainly never signed up with them for any type of service. This is at best a
stolen info wharehouse. There may be indeed people between them and the ones who stole my info. I was told they are obviously scamming and using stolen info, but linking them directly to the theft is hard, or so I was told. So yes do not engage them in any way but also keep your info as well gaurded as you can

they make cancellations very hard.

To cancel a membership I had to spend half an hour chatting with someone.They ask you million questions,they offer you million things.It is just a headache to cancel something.When you buy something of course ,online and in seconds.This company is a scam.Keep away and never use their services.

I would give 0 starts if possible. I signed up for a trial of a website and was directed to probiller to cancel the trial before getting charged for a full membership. I canceled within the 2 days I was given, but I was still charged for a Full membership. I’m the charge was for MORE than the membership to the site was supposed to be, and I was charged another 3 dollar fee that was never disclosed AND I was charged twice for the trial fee. This site is pure BS never trust them.

they stole the details of my card and used it to charge. no customer service has answered our emails and calls.

My card was billed fraudulently without my authorization and they refused to refund. They could however give one additional month free for a site that I didn't even want. Practically it's a theft.

They said that their policy prohibits refunds, but later I checked their background. It appears that they're owned and operated by the same group of companies that own the sites. A little shady. Probably paysite traps make a huge portion of their income. This wouldn't be possible in any other field than adult industry. People are practically too ashamed to take it further.

Why not give a refund to keep a customer happy? I have to cancel my card because of this because i don't think i can trust them. I feel betrayed. They weren't even nice and didn't apologize.

Total scam. Offered a free week of an adult website, then sent no confirmation email to the email address, claimed the credentials I entered as username password were not recognized, did not admit that the $1 charge/return of charge made to my debit card was their charge (it was the only transaction I used for that card that day) and claimed they had no record of my account, even though they had my debit card information (I had to use it to attempt to cancel my account) and therefore said they could not cancel my account, because there was no record of the account.
At best, they promised a free week and then would not let me use it. At worst, I expect to be charged at the end of the week for a service that I was never able to use. I have already reported the website to reportfraudftc.gov

When you subscribe to something they piggyback other subscriptions off it in the small print so when you cancel the subscription you are aware of they, don't cancel the piggybacked ones and you will be charged and they refuse to give any refund.

THIEVES!!! Pure scam. Call your bank and police to file a report. I didn’t even sign up for them however, 13 charges ranging from 2$-44$ every few hrs. When you call they will ask for your card information DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM! Hang up and call your bank and cancel whatever card they have on you. Also, call your local police, give them the phone number they have and make a report. Idk how they got my information but, it stops now!

Bloody scam. never use this site for payments. Had to cancel my card to cancell subscribtion.

Since January they've robbed over 4 hundred dollars off my credit card and are purposely dishonest!
