We moved to Proactive 2 years ago after many years with the wrong accountant, we are so glad we made the move, Jon and the team made the transition easy. The team transferred everything from Quickbooks to Xero. Cherry and Ankita are always at the end of an email or the phone. Just sorry we didn't make the move to ProActive sooner.

Great service. Scott is always at the end of the phone if I have any questions no matter what time it is. If he dosent have the answer he will always find it and come back to me right away.

I came to Proactive Accounting Ltd. in March 2024 having been surprised by an excessive bill from my previous accountant. My business is an engineering consultant, working from NI on industrial job sites around the world. Tax efficiency means, ignored by my previous accountant, were identified. My tax liability was reduced by a very substantial amount.
I strongly recommend Proactive Accounting Ltd. Jon, Zakie and Asra have provided excellent service, very good people to talk to and reasonable fees. To illustrate, Zakie gave me his card and said if you have a concern, you can call me after hours should that be helpful. Fees are charged as one charge for all services, paid monthly, no surprises.
