Clumsy, confrontational and remarkably unprofessional.
Here's their response when informed they were about to receive a negative review on TP...
"Sadly, based on this threat, you have caused a breakdown in our professional relationship with you.
Hence, we have made the decision that we will not be continuing to prescribe this or any medication for you now or in the future."

We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating. As a clinician-led medical service, all prescribing decisions are made on an individual basis and must be guided by patient safety, clinical judgement, and the professional responsibility of the prescribing clinician.
In some cases, this means we are unable to prescribe a medication or dose requested, even when there are differing interpretations of publicly available guidance.
These decisions are never taken lightly and are not intended to be confrontational, but rather to ensure care is safe, appropriate, and clinically responsible.
Where communication has not landed as intended, we do take that seriously and review interactions internally to identify learning and improve how we support patients.
