Highly recommend this service if you have blocked ears. Very friendly people and didn’t hurt a bit. I went in half deaf and came out thinking everything’s now to loud.

From the moment you walk through the door you are treated as a valuable customer with a warm welcome from Ali, who really makes you feel at home. The service is really more than five star, all the staff put you at ease and fully explain any procedure and always ensure you are happy with it, forget all your big name places, if you want the best this is the place too go. Les.

Have been a few times over the years for ear wax removal , always painless and improvement straight away. Today on my visit the receptionist was so helpful and friendly and put me at ease . Definitely would recommend to any future customers

As I have to endure age related tinnitus having been exposed to years of loud noise, I was a little apprehensive about wax removal. I needn't have been. Totally stress free, painless and highly skilled procedures undertaken by both Emma and Steph managed to remove an unbelievable amount of cerumen from my ear canal, exposing my ear drums for the first time in decades. I have no hesitation in recommending highly Wimborne Private Ear Clinic.

Emma is amazing, I have extremely narrow ear canals, which she had to tell me about as I had no idea even after many visits to doctors over the years. Which explains why my ears are constantly blocked and I need her help & micro suction. I had such a good visit today (30/04/25) and can hear so well it is like everyone is shouting. I had gotten so used to bad hearing, I didn't realise how bad it had become. She managed to do this on my dodgy narrow ears, thank you!

It was my first time going to private ear clinic and was recommended by a friend. I had both my ears waxed which she did very efficiently and was painless. Lovely cheerful and friendly ladies. I wish I had known before as I have been waiting 9 weeks with Specsavers as they cancelled twice so I cancelled them.i have been advised for a follow up appointment as just a small spot on one ear just to get it checked out.Also have to add how helpful the lady on reception was too. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was my first time ever visiting a clinic for any medical reason, so I was fairly nervous leading up to my appointment. I had been experiencing loss of hearing in my right ear for up to 4 days following a cold.

I would like to give a huge thank you to my practicioner on the day, Stephanie, who was exactly the kind of person I needed, very reassuring and relaxed, and also after an inspection knew in great detail what was going on inside my ears.

I was given a microsuction on my right ear which sounded more scary than it actually was. This only took a few minutes, and thanks to Stephanie's reassurance and small talk allowed me to stay calm and let her crack on.

I would highly recommend The Private Ear Clinic in Hythe if you are local and have any troubles with your ears no matter how small, if anything does come back up I know I'll be in good hands!

I am not the bravest in the world, but my experience was first class. The staff are lovely and they make you feel relaxed and the whole process is straight forward and quick.
The difference to your hearing afterwards in amazing.

After an unsuccessful attempt by a local pharmacy to suction both ears, my husband persuaded me to visit the clinic the same day. Within 15 minutes of painless treatment from Stephanie I was totally clear and full hearing restored. Stephanie was an absolute joy! She was very reassuring and explained the process every step of the way. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t hear a thing and 30 secs later my hearing was 10/10 after they used a mini hoover in my ears 😊

I recently had my ears dewaxed and was very pleased with the service, All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

I booked in for this on line after having a long period of dull hearing to my left side and regularly blocking if wet.
I’m so glad I did, quickly booked in by Stella and soon brought in for an examination by Jacquie.
Stella found and removed a large blockage on my left side and suddenly I could hear properly again. I wish I had booked in for this a long time ago, now I shall come more regularly, just to monitor them or treat them as necessary. Both staff were lovely and I send my thanks to them. One drawback is that I will be able to hear my wife moaning at me, whereas before I could live in ignorant bliss.

The Private Ear Clinic in Wimborne fitted my hearing aids in May 2023. Previously I tried NHS aids for well over a year, but had found them cumbersome, and there seemed to be little benefit. The aids from the Clinic remained in place due to using wire instead of tubes, the recharge system was preferable to batteries, and the sound quality was noticeably better.

They worked perfectly for 13 months, but in June 2024 failed completely and had to be returned. By January of this year I had returned them a further four times. It had been a large financial commitment, and as the problems continued I became increasingly concerned that I might have made a mistake, particularly as the warranty was due to run out in May of this year. Then, in the same month they were replaced free of charge with the next generation Unitron aids. These are under warranty until 2030.

Throughout the initial sales period and the ensuing difficulties Sarah gave an exemplary service, keeping me fully informed and assuring me that the matter would be resolved. I will be seeing her again in July for our six-month check.

A very helpful and friendly practitioner Jacqui has cleaned my ears over several years. What a relief to hear better and no more itchy wax!

I was seen on time. The clinician was courteous, friendly and clearly proficient. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and would have no hesitation recommending the clinic to others.
