Notepads & Business cards
I love how quick the responses are to orders from the moment I place it, to the approval of the files that I have uploaded, to the shipments. I usually have my orders received before the date that they provide to me when I place the order. This company is very efficient in everything that they do. I had my first bad issue, in all of the years that I have utilized PrintRunner. My package got delivered to the wrong place of business and was never received. They proceeded to make my order again to provide me with what was lost. I recommend this company for all of your printing needs.

Can’t be certain you will like it
I’ve ordered hang tags for my business for years without issue until my last two orders. Custom products should have consistency in my opinion. The paper that they are printed on (white paper that was actually grey) no longer matches the labels I use. This card stock is not labeled any different and was able to be corrected with my last order. This current order was a reprint of the corrected version and came wrong again. The color of the paper changes the printed colors on the tags making them always come in looking different from the previous batch. I was very disappointed that Printrunner says that can’t control the color of the paper. Especially when they were able to see the mistake and correct it before.

Amazing customer service. I was notified that my original image that was uploaded was not of sufficient quality before printing began. I was given an opportunity to make the necessary changes and the finished product is fantastic.

Harassment constantly
Harassment, used there service once for some flyers. Since then been called EVERY week constantly on different numbers. Told them multiple times to stop calling - don't listen and verging on illegal now.
