Original placed order was lost.Credit card charged but material not shipped until I followed up with a phone inquiry. Delivery time seems to be a bit to long on most orders. Response to my inquiry about lost order was satisfactory.

Refill did not work....I have a new HP Officejet Pro 6968 and the refill did not work, and what a mess. you should put in the instructions in very large letters DO NOT ATTEMPT WITHOUT WEARING RUBBER GLOVES. My printer was not listed in the instructions....you should list printers it won't work on. Terrible product.

Received in 3 days. Ink packaged wrapped in plastic, no box, in bubbled mailer. Put 2 in printer and they printed fine.

Cartridge failed to work on my Epson XP-820 printer. Although it allowed printing to continue in color mode, using other manufacturer's cartridges, this cartridge would not print - produced blank sheet - when performing B&W copy.

bought two ink cartridges xxxl the black cartridge had leaked ink inside the package I wrote them about this looking for a replacement and got no response so I guess I will buy some were else

I ordered ink cartridges for HP21 and HP22 and instead I received 2 identical 60 mg Head cleaners. I will never buy from this company in the future.

The Canon 220PG cartridge contained ink that is not like truly compatible in multiple ways.

1. I could not get it to lift onto transparent tape (as for making labels). This is something I've done many times with real Canon ink as well as other compatible PG black cartridges

2. It acted like Canon dye based inks, such as the 221 series, rather than a pigment ink such as the Canon 220.

printerinkcartridge.com looked into the problem for a few days then responded:
"there is not much we can do. We handle the inks as compatibles, and end manufacturers sell them as such. Any changes in their formulas or recipes is not directly affected by us. And though I do realize this does not help you in any way. I can confirm we have been using the same providers for years."

They did refund my money
