Poor customer service
Ordered these in error and phoned to modify my order within an hour of placing the order. Was told the order was already processed and out for shipping and could not be changed. Two weeks later I received an email telling me that the order was in transit ! Received order yesterday, a full three weeks after placing the order.

I do not appreciate waiting over one week for my order. I tracked my order and it was supposed to be delivered over one week later yesterday. UPS has been a bad source for delivery. I am a handicapped veteran who needs to print and sign documents for the Veterans Affairs and I have no ink for my printer. Nobody supplies these cartages so I stuck not communicating with my doctors. I will hold you responsible if something goes wrong. You need to contact UPS and get my cartages here today.
I will not use your company again if they do not arrive today.

No problems
Cartridge was cheapest I could find in an admittedly brief online search, shipped and arrived quickly, and works just fine.

Easy and economical
I hate shopping for ink cartridges. Just the security measures put me off as does the price plus tax. I order on line, pay no shipping or tax and get my order in about 5 business days.
