I had a terrible experience with PrimeXBT. I’m a beginner in trading and chose this platform thinking it was reliable, but they don’t provide essential risk information. I lost money due to gapping because the stop-loss is not guaranteed, and this was never clearly mentioned anywhere. If I had known, I would have taken better precautions to protect my account.
Before the gapping happened, I couldn’t cancel my position because the broker didn’t allow me to close it. I was basically stuck in the trade and suffered losses without being able to do anything.
Their support is useless – all they tell me is to “wait,” but without any real solution. They take no responsibility for their lack of transparency, and you are left on your own.
If you’re a beginner looking for a safe broker, avoid PrimeXBT! Lack of clear information, non-guaranteed stop-loss, inability to close positions, and ineffective support make it a terrible choice.

This company is registered in St Lucia, with no external body or ombudsman to answer to.They claim that my bank rejected their transfer yet after 3 days have still not provided me with proof nor assisted providing contact details for my bank to assist. They ask you to deposit another 50usd to add another payment method!?They also remove any sign up bonuses when you withdraw to your wallet!?
Update: As of 20/01 despite emailing the address in the response, there is still no resolution.
