With my mature skin, I have really struggled with finding a foundation that feels great, gives the coverage and finish I want and matches my skin tone. Prime’s Color Changing Foundation is the answer to all of this! One pump smooths on with a light, creamy feel that covers my red and uneven skin tone. My skin feels hydrated without leaving an oily residue. It blends in easily and honestly feels like nothing is there. I have no need to finish with anything. The coverage is exactly what I’ve been looking for and the color match is perfect. I love the bottle with the applicator pump. No mess! The product doesn’t transfer to clothing. It stays on ALL day. It’s also very easy to take off with micellar water in my night routine. The price is excellent as the product lasts about 4 months. It’s “magic in a bottle!”

I've looked for a plumping lip color for years and finally found CHERRY NOIR, which I love. Next, I think I'd like to try the aging mascara in brown.

The first product I purchased was the mascara. I was not happy with the mascara’s was buying, it made my lashes clump together. A friend had purchased your mascara and she recommended I buy it. I’m very happy with it.
The second product I purchased was the PrimeBrow Gel. I was not happy with it as when I applied it, it was flaky. I contacted prime and they asked if I would like to try another product which I did, I got the makeup remover and I’m very pleased.
I am so impressed with the customer service, they were very helpful and I would definitely purchase items again.

I recently had a makeover where Bare Minerals products were used. I was not happy with the results. The makeup would settle into creases on my skin--it just didn't look smooth. After, I did an online search for makeup for "older" women and came upon Prime Prometics. I was impressed with what I read about the brand. I decided to try the brow pencil, eyeliner, and mascara. I was so happy with those products that I purchased several more Prime Prometics products. My skin feels and looks wonderful, and the texture of the makeup is amazing. I truly feel I have found the perfect cosmetics for older women, such as myself.

Great products and excellent customer service team. I ordered mascara, serum and eye liner. The first two were great, but I struggled with the eye liner. One end was obvious but had a blunt end and no eye liner was forthcoming. I complained and they offered a refund. I sent a photo and they said I should unscrew the opposite end. This was not obvious to me. I think some instructions should accompany the product. However, the customer service advisor was very patient.

The product was delivered extremely prompt. Didn’t have to wait weeks. I had to contact Customer Service. They responded so prompt and answered my concerns. All companies should be like this with customer service.

I have used Prime products for some time especially the mascara. As an older lady I love the mulberry shade and brown. I also have navy and emerald. I use the primer before apply mascara and my lashes look amazing, Stays on and washed off with my face cleaners. I am currently using the color changing foundation and the eye brightener. I have several lash liners and shadows. I have been extremely pleased with all these products.

The products themselves do not work as advertised. I tried three different colored eyeliners and none of them glided on smoothly. They were just like inexpensive, drugstore items. The make up emphasized my lines and pores. Worst of all is the customer service! When I wanted to begin the return process, they offered to send me more products for the same amount and I could keep the ones I wasn’t going to use. When I refused, I simply never heard back again. it’s been almost a week so far. Great advertising and pictures but do not use this company unless you want to be very frustrated and spend a great amount of time trying, so far unsuccessfully, to get the refund.

It makes my lashes look better and it stays on a long time.

I have been using Prime Prometics for a couple of years and have had loved the products. The eyeliner goes on with ease and stays on. The mascara lengthens and thickens the lashes. I will continue buying there products.

I have seen these products on my social media feeds and decided to purchase some products. I loved the eyeliners which I bought in two colors Mulberry and Emerald. I bought the mascara in Emerald and while it does a fantastic job for me personally, it was difficult to get off and I wound up irritating my eye by rubbing my eyelashes too hard with a cotton round with micellar water. The mascara is really good but too hard for me to get off for my sensitive eyes, but I do highly recommend their products

I first tried the color-changing foundation and didn’t love it, but Prime Prometics’ customer service was amazing—they quickly sent me the Prime Skin CC & Cream instead. I absolutely love it! It goes on smoothly, blends perfectly, and stays put all day without feeling heavy.

The mascara is another favorite—it doesn’t clump or run, even after a long day. I’ve also been using their shampoo and conditioner, and I’m already starting to notice new hair growth.

Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the company’s dedication to their customers. Highly recommend!

I love my new mascara! I have struggled with sore, dry eyes for years, and was never game to wear any brand of mascara. My sister made me try her Prime Prometics one as she loves hers and her eyelashes looked great. So how could I resist! It was wonderful, so I ordered one! I now feel as though I have eyelashes again, without the soreness. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I have received. I asked a question and received instant help. I have been a customer of Prine Prometics for many years, originally purchasing a brown mascara as they were hard to find, and have never looked back. I find that it stays in place, doesn’t flake and looks as good at the end of the day as it did at the start. I recommended the mascara to my colleague last week. She has struggled to find a mascara that didn’t leave her with “panda eyes”, I let her borrow mine and she has now placed an order. She was amazed. I also highly recommend their eyeliners

I bought several Prime cosmetics. The color changing foundation is great! I've tried many name brands and this is the best! I love how it wears. The mascara and eyeliner are very good too. I didn't care for the shade of mascara I purchased but the formula was very nice. I'll order black next time. My ONE star comes from the 5 in one color wands and dealing w customerservice. The website says they have a money back guarantee but if you contact them its only if you contact them in 30 days from your purchase not when you received the product. Don't waste your time or money w this company.

When a product didn’t work for me, I contacted customer service for assistance with a refund. Within minutes, I received an email reply from an agent who offered to help me find an alternative product or to process my refund. I opted for the refund and minutes later I was notified that my refund had been processed. Excellent customer service!

I am enjoying using the foundation, mascara and especially the Stardust Eye Brightener. The company has been very good to work with. I ordered a second eye brightener and even though I received word that it had been delivered, I never received it. The company determined that it somehow got lost in the mail. After reviewing my case, I was just informed that they are sending me my order for a second time with no additional cost to me. I highly recommend Prime Prometics, both for their products and their customer service.
