At first, I wasn’t completely sure about using this website. I found myself in an emergency situation on a Sunday when everything was closed, and the quickest and easiest option was to arrange a phone call with a doctor.

Honestly, the whole process was much smoother than I expected. They send you SMS messages with all the details, and every step is explained very clearly. Within a couple of hours, the doctor called me, provided the prescription, and they even contacted the nearest pharmacy to me.

I’m genuinely very happy with the service and how efficiently everything was handled. It was a huge relief in a stressful situation.

I guess I’m the odd one out here. I arranged to book a Locum as I had some pain and wasn’t sure if it’s due to a new medication I’m starting.. when I spoke with the doctor she basically ruled it out straight away said it was muscular skeleton and go to my GP. Didn’t really help me work out how to manage the pain or assist in any stretches or anything. Ended up having to Google some ways to relieve it. But the whole thing was over in two minutes the guy on the phone at the start as well read out the script so fast it was like he just wanted to get out out of there. It was the end of his shift. Overall what I use them again, probably if other places are not available and it was my only option.

Have only used prime medic a couple of times and both times have been very good, will be using prime medic again and would recommend them.

Great to have this option available as I was unable to get an appointment with my regular doctor. Very easy to book online and prompt in dealing with my issue. Will definitely use these services in the future.

Well, based on how my experience went with primemedic I have to give it a five star, first of all as soon as I signed into this company not even a minute had passed and I got a called and had a conversation with one of their members on how they could help me. They were able to understand my need and immediately offered me ways they could help. The doctor whom I had was very supportive and understanding despite having the conversation over the phone I could feel his passion and he was able to help me after listening to my need.

Had money in my wallet in the app, the consult fee was charged with that, and additional same amount to my card.
Doctor didn’t call in scheduled time - called after hours missed calls

Fabulous service constant updates of timing for my appointment and amazingly bulk billed I will refer friends and family for sure
